welcome back today we're going to be talking about signatures if you're in the online space you understand that if you're a coach service provider or you do any kind of business that involves contracts you know you definitely need to use um legal signatures that are binding but you may not necessarily want to start printing out pdfs and then you know like printing it out signing it scanning it back that's why we have online signature platforms if you're familiar with these you know that some exist like hello sign and some of the other ever sign and a couple other popular signing platforms but maybe you're not willing to pay monthly for it or you need more than like three documents per month which is the common thing for the free plans of most of these platforms then that's why i want to introduce you today to signaturely this is a digital sign-in platform that you can use for all of your contracts you can use for anything that you want to sign online and it's currently on a lifetime deal and that's what we're going to be talking about today so let's go into the platform so that i can show you what to do i bought my code i haven't redeemed it so i'm going to be walking you through the entire process of redeeming the code and setting up my signature account and then we're going to test it by sending out a document for signing so let's get on with it this is the offer this is signaturely it's for signing all your documents as you can see it's currently for 59 and um you can get one of two plans really you can even get the first plan which involves only three users a user is somebody who will have access to your account and be able to um send documents for signing and all of that so think like your va or somebody who is going to be working with you and on the second plan you get unlimited users so if maybe you run an organization that has maybe lots of lawyers contractors whatever people who need to sign document and you don't want to be the one in charge then you definitely need the second plan so i've already bought my first code so we're going to go straight to redeeming it right now as you can see i redeemed this one but we haven't redeemed the second one so i'm going to show you the absolute redemption process because from my last video some of you guys say you don't even know how to redeem a code from appsumo so first thing you want to do is copy the code there are actually instructions below here but i've been an absolute person for a while so i can just do this and then we're going to click on redeem now it's going to take you to a page where you get to redeem what you are buying so first things first you want to put in your name put my last name my email address the password that i want and the absolute code which we've copied and then i'm going to agree to the terms of use and i'm going to click sign up so once i do that it's going to redirect me to the page where i'm going to start setting up my account that's it this is one of the easiest signing ups i've ever done for absolutely five out of five for that and because i use my google account it just pulled in my preferred picture at once so the first thing that i want to show you is the settings so we're going to because of this deal we're going to get the ability to brand the entire account however we would like so i'm going to show you how to do that and the first thing we're going to do is to upload our company logo so we're going to go into you already know what it is business brand assets i don't know why it's not coming out but okay there it is and then i'm going to find my logo there we go and it's going to upload that for me my company name the email that it's going to come from and any um's um signature so thank you for doing business with us say warmly [Music] and if you have a page you want to redirect people after they finish the signature this is where you want to put in that page so i'm not going to activate it i'm just going to leave it like that and then you get to choose the kind of signatures that you want people to be able to use so we have three options we have the drone signature the uploaded signature and the type signature so that's basically what it's going to be i'm going to leave all three options available the second thing that we have to do is to choose whether we want to merge our document after signing and basically what that means is that you want to i don't know merge documents after signing i'm just going to leave it as disabled and security access so this is when you want that only specific people are going to be able to access the document that needs to be signed so you can add a custom access code what i'm going to do is not that deep but if you do something that is like highly secure highly confidential then this is a very good option to have i'm going to leave it as is and then i'm going to click on save so those settings now will be saved and then we can move on to the profile so my profile is already set i like the profile picture that is there i'm going to choose my date format so because my company is registered in the u.s and most of the things i'm going to do are us based i'm going to leave it as month day yeah even though it drives me crazy i'm going to choose my time zone so i am in the ast time zone so atlantic standard time [Music] great now we've selected that so let's talk about notifications this is basically how many times you want to receive an email when you're using this platform so signing reminders yes after signing and sending the document yes what's the document i send gets a yeah when it's open not necessarily every day with the attending number yeah that's going to be a pain send an email to all parties in an order signature request when because i started this sounds good yes i want them to receive a pdf copy as well as me for now i'm not going to turn on two-factor authentication but just so you know i love um authy as an app for two-factor authentication it's what i use for all of my secure thingies that you just get it orti i'm going to leave like a link in the description so that you can see that and then i'm going to click on save that part of the setup is complete then it's going to ask you to edit your signature so you can create a signature ahead of time so that when you want to sign documents you don't necessarily have to go and start drawing so this is for me the account owner so i'm going to create a signature my full name is bella marana bear and my initials are br so i can choose a font that i want to be my signature font and just so you know this is legally binding like just because it's a click does not mean that like it's not legally binding so and let's just leave this one i understand that this signature will be an electric electronic representation of my personal signature for league of legends yes and i'm going to click on create signature i if you have a tab it might be more fun to sign it but i don't have a tab so we're just going to stick to this all right so if i go to billing you'll see that i have no card details and i've like redeemed one appsumo code which has all of these features and um i can if i buy another code i will unlock unlimited signal unlimited users but i'm not going to do that right now so that's it for the setup right they have and a place for you to give them feedback if you have anything these are the things that are in progress so i would like to put in here that zapier is not currently like ready yet which is really important if you run a business where you want to automate the signing process let's say somebody buys your coaching program and you want to automate that signing process that says when somebody buys send them a link to sign which you will use templates for but your api and zapier um integrations are not ready yet but they are planned and hopefully it will be ready but for my use case i'm currently manually sending signature requests because i don't use them in bulk i'm not selling something on a large scale that needs a lot of signing so let's see um yeah you can also join the referral program which is cool you can sign up to get a referral link that you can share everywhere in order for you to get some money when somebody signs up for signaturely through your link but in the meantime let's go back to i think we have everything done for the setup so let's go into signing so when you go to the sign column you see that you have the ability to sign a document by yourself let's say you want let's say you're a single member llc and you want to sign your articles of incorporation or your operating agreement then maybe that would that would work and if you want to sign between you and somebody else then you use the me and others option and then if only others have to sign let's say people have to sign a document for you like a non-disclosure or whatnot then you use the only orders to sign right and you can also block send which is really important you can have a template inside and then upload the csv file of all people that need to sign and then you just box send it out individually to them and it saves you the time of going one after the order to start writing people's names so under the documents tab this is where you see all the documents completed those awaiting signature and those in draft so that helps you like find documents that have either been signed in the past or you have sent out for signing and they are still waiting to be signed then under the template um part you can you put in documents that you use often so let's say you require an independent contractor agreement for your um for your team members and things like that and then a lot of that things you can just put the documents inside the template so that you don't have to upload them every single time which is what we're going to do today and then finally on that teams you have where you can view all of your team members add more members so currently i have the ability to add a total of three people inside including myself so extra two people but if i upgrade to the second code then i can use add unlimited team members and um on that integrations so they have a cool integration currently between you can use dropbox onedrive box and google drive so if your documents are inside of any of these platforms you can just easily like put them into signaturely by the simple integration i'm going to activate the google drive integration just to show you what it looks like i'm going to select my email account here and then it will allow ask me to grant them permissions which i have done and click on allow and now i have that integration and if i want to use a document from there we can do so so we're going to test that out let's see i want to create a template that will be used for signing so let's say this is the google drive template right optional message um if you want the message to be added anytime somebody uses this template you add it there i don't want to do that template rules uh i don't know what this rules mean what does the rule mean all right let's just put i mean we'll find out i'm using this for the first time as well there's something called custom signing order this is really important if people are supposed to sign in a specific order let's say the ceo is supposed to sign then the i don't know head of operations before the contract or something like that then you you set a custom signing order and then what's going to happen is that anytime somebody needs to sign it will go out to the first person and then after that person signed it automatically sent to the next person that saves you the stress of sending it every single time [Music] all right so that what that does for you is that it saves you the stress of sending out the document over and over again after the last person signs document so all you need to do is create a custom signing order so i'm going to leave that as that and then we need to choose where i want to use the file from so i'm going to test out the google drive integration i'm going to say import from google drive which we have integrated and it's going to open my google drive account and ask me for um it will ask me to integrate something that we can use so i have this independent contractor agreement and i'm going to click on select and it's going to automatically import it you see just import it here i don't need to like you know let's give it a minute [Music] all right it has finished uploading so what we'll do now is to fill out and sign and here we go so this is what it looks like i i know it looks like a real document but this is not even edited and i want to just show you the abilities that signature signaturely has so we have page one on page two because it's a long document right and what you can do is number one they have the sign option so when you drag this field to a specific place it chooses who needs to sign ah i see okay let's cancel so this place is for the person that needs to sign like five now like the person who needs to sign so let's test this by adding an email address here and then we'll say fill out and sign awesome so the person who needs to sign is here let me delete this so if you scroll to page two there's a place where somebody needs to sign so i'm going to drag the signature box here and they need to sign there you get to choose who needs to sign so is it that me or the person i'm going to select the person you can also ask them to put their initial you just drag and drop right the initial and then you can add dates below it which is always good and then i think that's basically it so i have read this argument and i understand and agree these terms and conditions so maybe you can put a check box here so that you can click that to say that um they agree so i'm going to set this check by default [Music] and then if you want somebody to put in any details that is not pre-filled you can just put a text box there so let's say i want person to put their company i'm going to put the text box there so that they can type it out and it's good that inside of your documents you state what the space is for like so that people know exactly what they're supposed to be feeling and then once we do all of that we're going to say create [Applause] and now my template is ready so let's go back to templates and then you see that i have this google drive template right here and i can use that anytime i want to send out a document for signing so let's say i want to send out a document for somebody to sign and i'll click on sign let's say only orders and then the title let's say um i see agreement right and then i'll choose signer so i put the person's name here and their email address [Music] right and then if you want if you have multiple people to sign this is where you select the signing order and then you can choose a template so we already have the google drive template so i can select the google drive template right here and then i will skip the part where i need to use upload the document and now i can just send the document to the person in order for them to sign it and now it says the document is being processed you wait and like someone you get a copy inside of your inbox shortly boom it's gone so now if we go in the under document you see that we have one document that was sent today and it's processing right so we're going to go into the email to see what it looks like [Music] [Music] so awesome so this is the email it says no reply google drive template signature requested by the marina bear and then you can see oh it squished my logo my goodness i will need to update this but it squished my logo and it shows that i my company has requested so this is my email address has requested my signature and this is the message you can add whatever you want here you can view document first and this is what it looks like you can say review and sign so once you click on that it will take you to where you're supposed to sign the document and this is what it looks like so you will see the option so all the boxes that i have left put in here you can see them so the text box they get to feel that's why it's very good for you to stick what the text box is for so they can do whatever they want what they're supposed to feel there and it tells them how many um fields are left so if you click start signing to take you straight okay so this is supposed to be my signature i understand that this is an electronic representation you can sign and then click on sign now and then we also have initials so type you can draw you can upload so i'm just going to leave it as type and then i'm going to say sign now [Music] i'm going to say sign now and it's signed and today's date is already pre-filled so all of it is complete and you see that the top has disappeared and then it says submit so once i click on submit it to tell you that you are about to submit the contract um the document and this is now officially legally binding once you send it out so i'm going to click on i agree i need to tell you that your document is being processed you receive a copy inside of your inbox but it also prompts you to get the free signaturely account so that you can like have all your documents in one place you now have the option of downloading the document straight to your desktop and i can click enter there and it will save it to my desktop i'm going to close this and go back to my email to see what it looks like so once you finish signing um refresh okay yeah there it is okay this is it it says everyone has signed the document so this was the name of document that's why it keeps showing like that and then you can also download it from your email and all of that while for me the sender once i come inside here and refresh you see that this particular signature is completed i have the option to edit and resend i can share preview or view activity so like yes this is very important so one thing that this does is that it also saves the ip address of whoever is signing it so that in case in the future somebody says okay it wasn't me who signed it yada yada then we can like look at the ip addresses there will be a trail so you can see here that um the document was created my it was sent to this person then i viewed it so once you click it and view it they know and then it was signed and then it was completed so i can see the whole trail of um the document so i'm going to click back to documents here and then um let's go back and see yeah so you can also preview it to see what the sign document now looks like so that's basically how it is and if you have something in draft it will just stay in drafts there but we don't have any document and if you do want to sign like directly let's say you and others want to sign and you don't have a template all you need to do is upload it from here or up import from google drive one drive dropbox or box and then you'll be able to sign the document it's pretty simple it's straightforward and why i love this is that it actually looks really similar to hello science so let me show you so when i started my business i was using hello sign that was like two three years ago i've always been on the free plan and it's an amazing product of hello sign this is not to like bring down one or or the other hello sign is an older product it's been around for a very long time and it's owned by dropbox right so if i log into hello sign you see that the accounts look quite similar i'm just going to do this all right i think i have an account with my google account let's try that there we go so that you see it's very similar like the interface if you've used any other signing platform you see that it's very similar sign documents boxing templates documents teams integrations signature basically has the same thing in a different font like they look at least to me they look slightly similar but then it's a signing it's a signing platform there's really not much to do i think the only difference is that hello sign currently has way more integrations like than signaturely currently has and they have their api ready but you need to be on api plan which costs i'm just so you know on a monthly plan this is what it looks like like the api plan cost starts at 124 dollars per month so this is basically you using zapier because zapier uses the api to zap through a template in order for you to send out a document automatically so you're looking at spending 124 but if you get this now i believe that the um the absolute deal so they said we'll get all future business plan updates right so we have the you know semi assurance that will actually get when the updates do come in will actually get the update i'm looking forward to the zapier integration and api access so that will be able to automatically send documents this is what your site looks like and like i always say i'm a soccer for very good ui so i love that the ui is very clean everything is very simple like it's not you're not it's very simple for you to see and another fun fact is that they do have templates on their site so they have a couple of templates that you can select from let's say they are quite a bit of them so even if you're looking for templates they do have templates on their site they have an independent contractor template they have a non-disclosure agreement subcontractor agreement agency agreement they have quite a good number of agreements and templates which if you don't have in your business you can definitely take the time to look at and see how you can use them so tell me if in the comments if you loved signaturely and
