I used signNow to sign leases. The software is excellent and intuitive. Up to this point, I have used 3 different eSign software services. signNow was the best in my opinion. Other software might offer a few more features, however, signNow was the easiest to use and navigate. I literally needed it to collect some signatures and initials. I didn't need the fancy stuff.

Ease of use -- Whether on a computer or using the app, it was easy for me as the sender and easy for the recipient.
