What do you like best?

We needed a basic eSignature solution that would be cost effective. We don’t need complex logic or much automation since our volume is low. The User Interface design is easy to use and quick. Also it sends us email notifications immediately when we get the docs signed. The reason why we went with airSlate SignNow over other competitors such as DocuSign is that the cost is lower but it has similar features. DocuSign is a huge name and my thinking is they spend a lot on advertising and charge a lot for their high quality service (kind of like Apple). airSlate SignNow made the most sence for us due to the feature comparison vs these other bigger name solutions.

let's have a look at how invoice ready performs the transfer of invoices to your ERP solution from the main menu select the transfer to payment system and we can see here we have a number of options we can choose which ERP system it goes to if you have more than one and which filters allow you to select which invoices are sent so you can select by company for example so I'll just click select invoices here and we can see here that there's just the one invoice ready to go so I'll click OK to that and then it's just simply a matter of clicking the transfer button and then in the background a task is done where it communicates the ERP system and we can see here already we have a transfer log to say that this has been submitted and transferred successfully and if we look in the log we can see here the actual invoice itself just to confirm everything is ok you can also check this log at any time to see it what anything else that's been transferred so if we click transfer log we can see here the the invoice itself so that can go to SCP it can go to Oracle and let's just select now for a different range of companies I'm going to select for all and we can see here that we're quite quite a few more invoices to transfer and also the one we've just transferred but we'll select the transfer option this time and see what comes back and now we've got a transfer log showing a lot more information and actually showing that one of them has actually gone into error so that it couldn't be transferred for some reason so we can take a look at the reasons behind that by selecting it and we can see here that there's been no pre-booking done which it requires so we can we can remedy that Andrey transfer but the others have all gone over okay and have been successfully transferred again you can send to sa p and go straight into those interfaces into oracle or to one of many other ERP solutions and there's no restriction on the numbers of different ERP solutions you can have
