My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

welcome to bisprack in this video we're going to explore the job claim templates firstly we'll go to the jobs tab then we'll select the claim templates button here we have the claim template already set up in this case it's the name is hia contract and the description is standard housing contract we see that there are six stages in this claim stage one is a deposit stage two is the base stage stage three is a frame stage stage four is a lock-up stage stage five is a fixing stage and stage six is practical completion in many states these are the only stages you're allowed when you're doing a dwelling so what we'll do is make up a new claim template i'll select the new button we'll call this mba call it standard housing template when we highlight it we see that there are no stages in the claim now we'll put some stages in similar to the master builders recommendations we'll press new to be stage one which is a deposit which is five percent new again this is the base stage at this stage you're allowed 10 the frame stage this is 15 the enclosed stage this is 35 the fixing stage which is 20 percent and practical completion which is 15 percent the last 15 percent as you can see as we're entering these in biz pack is totaling it up and if you're going to go over 100 it will stop you from doing so okay we have set up our stages all we need to do now is use them so we'll close this window we go to our jobs we select the first job a contract value of 1.2 million we'll go to job claims job claims for highlighted job and we see there are none here at all what we're going to do is generate some claims we'll round them down if necessary we're going to select the mba template we put in when we select it all of the claims will be made on the percentages we've previously entered i click the select button best pack automatically makes the claims up ing to those percentages and gives us the total value 1.2 million for the contract this is a quick and easy way to make up your claims based on the percentages you're allowed in each state please remember these are not tax invoices and they are not claims to the debtor this is the first step in creating the claims when you face simply click close now that we have created our job claim stages we can go ahead and make our invoices now we will do this over a period of time of course over the lifetime of the job so let's make up the first claim for the deposit we click on job claim highlight deposit select create invoice claim this pack fills in all the details we're at customer bob the builder including the job details etc calculates amount of the gst all we need to do is click on create invoice at this point there is an invoice created for bob the builder if we go to our debtors invoices window we can see the invoice that has just been created if i preview this there is no invoice now we can just close this window when we're ready we can see on the right hand side here the amount of the contract what has not yet been claimed what has been claimed and the fact they haven't paid us yet so that's money outstanding if we click on create claim from and go back into the job plane window we can see there's a c beside the first one so it's already been claimed in this way we can keep track of what has already been claimed and what is still outstanding when you're finished in this window just click the close button
