[Music] hi all Becca here with Basics by Becca and today I'm going to show you how to create a invoice easily and quickly in canva so we're on the canva homepage here what you're going to do is go up to the search bar and just type in invoice hit enter and then as you see there are going to be plenty of different um templates that you can choose from so I have the cana pro account so some of these might not be available to you but a lot of these are free and you can use these on the Cana free account so let's go ahead and choose this one here and wait for it to load actually let's choose this one here so let's zoom in a little bit and I'm going to show you how to work this so here we go we have this simple template right here this one is on the canva free account and what you can do is basically just change out your logo here you can change invoice number all this information that's in here you can change and of course if you have some brand colors maybe you want to go in and change that as well so let's say we change this to Blue let's go ahead and change this um to Black and you can cust customize it as much as you want so I like to go in and change up um possibly the font a little bit too make this a little more bold and this is just a great template for you to start with and that you can use to just go ahead and send to your clients each month and you don't have to pay for you know any invoice templates or or anything like that this is all available for free in your canver account so this is a great business tool for you to use if you are billing clients and you can keep these for your record as well so this is a simple and easy tutorial and I just wanted to go ahead and show you that really quick all right thank you for tuning in [Music]
