welcome to our demo of cosine connector for open text the cosine connector adds the power of standard digital signatures to the open text electronic content management system the connector may be used for ad hoc signing and lets you sign documents in open text workflows in this demo an FDA form will be signed by joy boil and then count assigned by John Miller here we see Joy's open text document library screen you'll notice the new columns showing information on the documents signature status joy chooses signed with cosine from the documents action menu joy authenticates herself with cosine next joy sees the signing ceremony screen joy can add an ad hoc signature she can drag and resize the signature box to best fit the form she chooses application verified as her signature reason joy clicks sign to start the signing process the document is signed by cosine and then updated on the open text content server we now switch to John Miller screen John can see that joy signed the document and it's still waiting for another signature John starts his signing process John authenticates with cosine he can see Joyce signature and his signature block is preset in the form he can choose different graphical signatures and seals that he has securely stored in cosine John signs the document John signature is added to the document by cosine the document is updated on the open text content server through the document library screen John can see the updated document signature information the sign PDF can be opened with PDF Reader it shows the signature information including signer identity and intend and confirms document integrity the document can also be verified from the open text system that concludes our demo remember all aspects of the signing process can also be managed by open text workflows thank you for your time please contact us via sales at ARX com for more information
