It was hard to find a service that offered unlimited uploadable templates PDFs that I could tailor edit for each client for a reasonable price. Some services did not allow you to edit your uploaded templates, some had a limited number of templates you could upload, and others were too expensive for something that's pretty basic in nature.

airSlate SignNow has simplified the process of getting documents signed and returned to us by our vendors, subcontractors and others. We've found the app simple to use and have gotten positive feedback from those receiving our invites; along with the ease of using the app on mobile devices. I feel their website does a good job laying out the features each package offers. Where we did have questions on certain features or capabilities we found the live chat to be responsive and helpful. Also, it is nice that they held a recent webinar for users to attend. Our business is project oriented so we like that invites/documents can be archived in unique folders. Unlimited invites leave the possibilities open for other uses for us.

welcome to episode 2 of building a web business and scaling it to 10K now today I just wanted to give you guys an update of like the last couple of weeks and what's been going on over the last couple of weeks I've just spent some time watching a ton of videos just to understand like how this works what people do how much they're charging what services are they offering and I learned quite a few things I'm going to just share the top three very first thing is to pick a niche and it's quite simple people want to work with experts so the more you've done in one sector the more of an expert you become so it becomes a lot easier to sell your services so when someone says why should I work with you you just have to look back and say like my portfolio says everything you know you know what I'm saying you don't have to explain yourself because you've done so much that your portfolio speaks for itself and let's be honest experts charge more the second thing is that people don't actually care about websites because a lot of the time they don't actually understand the value of a website so you don't want to sell the website what you want to sell is the result so and not to be too specific but you want to sell more clients for example and to get more clients you have to use certain tools and the tools or the tool is the website so you want to sell the result not really the website and the third thing is that people don't really care about price because if you can justify something people will pay you just need to be able to create enough value that people deem it to be cheap and yes not everyone's going to pay but enough people if they see the value in it they're more like to pay now with all of that being said you're probably thinking so Melvin what Niche are you going to be working with well I'll tell you I thought about it and I looked at quite a few different sectors like sports Health Nutrition I looked at like a bunch of different things but I actually decided to go for hair and beauty so the reason why I say this is because I I kind of had like three metrics I was measuring against the first one I want an industry that's forever growing like we all know the hair and the beauty industry it's not getting anywhere and it's just getting bigger year in year out the second thing I wanted an industry where it didn't cost too much to enter the market so if you want to open like a a beauty business a lot of people did it from home they just craft one or two things and throw this together and there you go voila and hair as well like people do it from anywhere so very easy to get into those two businesses and then the third thing was the ease of contact so where are my customers a lot of them are on social media a lot of them are on Facebook Instagram so I want something where I can easily contact them and yeah social media is a place so that is why I went for herir and beauty and I've also got a name so initially I was going to call it Turner but then when I really sat there and I thought about it I just thought it doesn't make any sense because Turner doesn't mean anything to anyone outside of maths and computer science so I rebranded a little bit and came up with the name Glam site Studios kind of has a ring to it but let me show you the website so this is the website I tried to keep it simple but classy so pretty basic nothing too crazy but one thing I want to focus on is the pricing so initially I went for fixed pricing with the startup at 300 business at 2K and the pro at 4K but then I realized the type of Industry that I'm in people probably won't want to pay a large sum of money they rather pay monthly so I decided to try out these monthly payments not sure if it's going to be successful but I'll give it a try and see how it goes and yeah that's pretty much the rest of the website FAQs and I need to update this for her but for now it's good enough so I know everybody loves a little plan so here's mine the plan to make money is to give away everything for free and yes yes I know it sounds a bit crazy but I think there's a there's a bit of a method to the madness So the plan is to contact a bunch of companies through Instagram Facebook and just kind of figure out how their website is doing do they have one do they need one if they've got one is it actually doing what it's supposed to do and to just work for free and in doing that building a rapport with the client and then being able to hopefully upsell them on other things like SEO and other packages Automation and that would help me build up my portfolio of customers I've worked with and also be able to hopefully make some money so that's the plan the aim is to contact 100 companies 50 on Instagram and 50 on Facebook just send them a message see how it is see the responses the kind of objections that I get and hopefully be able to get some clients out of it I'm actually going to set a Target the aim is to get five clients out of the 100 so if I do
