It’s so easy to use! We upload our agreements, contracts, accounting paperwork, waivers, etc. then add a few quick fill in or signature spots and send it off to clients or vendors for signature. Easy peasy. And we love that we always have a record of signed docs showing when they were signed for our records. And the reminder send is great for forgetful or busy signers.

hello this is Brent with the sage library consortium and I just want to go over importing custom receipt templates for use mm within your evergreen application and you will have to do this to every machine you use that is connected to the printer that you use to print out the receipts something to keep in mind all right so first we will log in to the new safe live org site as a staff member and if you forgot your credentials you can email that through myself or put in a ticket at save dilib dot org slash support and we will get back to you as soon as we can on that and get you in a new website so for now we're going to go to sagely org slash health slash staff - documentation - downloads and within here we'll go underneath the for staff area and go to the example receipt template import file this is the one we're borrowing from CW ours over on the East Coast do what it says and save it to the desktop as something we will remember such as custom receipts you just custom receipts save that here we are so now we can go into evergreen and we will go to the main screen and click on the Edit receipt templates my comments right there on the right under administration and this will bring us to the defaults that we're seeing when we print out receipts you're probably pretty familiar with these these what you're you'll see if you try to do bills or check item status or do a transit list but we have access to some nice templates customized ones so I thought we would if you'd like to you could use them for your library so we will go to import here find that custom receipts file and there we are it's using a font family called Calibri which is pretty nice with receipts it's very clear you can kind of see are anything to format it a little differently when we're spacing styling there's the transit list it's a little nicer you can even see what the items out screen has a little feature at the bottom mentioning how much you've saved kind of similar to our library calculators I think that around some of the plinking sites and what this does is it totals up the item prices that are within the copy information on an item so for example this one is $35 for a Harry Potter um audio book CD so it will total that but if there is nothing in there it won't be able to total it and we'll give you an accurate count so that's a little neat edition as well with the bills currents we now have the title the barcode and a running total of the items and at the bottom we can see that there's also a total currently owed and of a grand total if the patron just needs if they might have multiple overdue or lost book fines and they just want the one number so so now it is imported and if we want to change something like maybe the font to something else it's pretty familiar like courier I'll just hit save locally and what this does now is it is locked into our workstation and so any change we make to either of these three areas remember to hit state locally before you do anything else and if you want to keep your customized changes to disk or on the desktop you can then click export and save it as your own customized templates for example to hold on to in case somebody reverts them which can be done by clicking the default option you click this and we'll go back to the editor in defaults so now we see it's just back to what it used to look like so to get them back click on import again and go to the customer seats there they are alright thank you very much and if you have any questions be sure to go to save club org slash support or the yeah and submit a ticket for Beth or myself friend thank you
