My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

in this video we're going to look at how to apply deposits prepayments and account payments to customers invoices so to do this i'm going to go to the customer list i'm going to find the customer that i want to apply the payment so the in this example the payment has already been recorded on garage hive the invoice has already been recorded on garage hive but you want to apply the payments to the invoice and frequent scenarios are things such as deposits so i'll highlight the customer in question you need to go to navigate history ledger entries from within the ledger entries window you're going to see all of the payments and invoices for that customer and what you're looking for are the ones with a remaining amount if it has a remaining amount this means that it hasn't been applied to anything so you can see here that we have an invoice and two payments and we want to apply all of these together so in this case there are two payments for this invoice i'm going to select the invoice i go process apply entries and i can see which payments i can apply the invoice to so in this case i could set them individually so if i select the line i want to apply it to and then press set applies to id you see it adds my username into here and now you can see the bottom of the screen the running balance so if i select the next line down and select set applies to id we can see that if both these payments are applied there's going to be a three pound balance and a trick if you have multiples you can use select more select multiples and then set applies to id and it will apply it to both once the id has been applied i then select post application select the posting date and press ok go back to the customer account the customer ledgers and you can see that this invoice has a remaining balance of three pound and the two payments have a remaining amount of xero because they have been fully applied so that is how you apply payments prepayment account payments prepayments and deposits to a customer's outstanding invoices
