hey Francie we're gonna be trying to piece hand yeah with two fingers yes like bunny ears we hope you're gonna follow along with us need something to draw with and some paper and something to color with yeah you ready to start yes we're first gonna draw the letter V we're gonna draw it kind of big for big fingers or big long fingers and I'm kind of drawing it on the left but towards the top this is for the inside you have our fingers then we're going to draw we're gonna leave us little space and we're gonna draw another line that comes down a little further and we'll do the same thing over here and we want the space to be the same I'm on both sides my fingers a little crooked okay now we can draw the top of our finger we're gonna draw an upside-down u to connect those two lines and the same thing over here on the right it's already starting to look like it yeah next we're gonna draw the thumb holding the other two fingers down so on the left side I'm gonna extend this down just a little further then let's draw a diagonal line that comes out and across and we can go a little past the other side of our finger the right finger yeah then we're going to come back down here and we're going to leave the same amount of space that we did for the other fingers and we're going to draw another diagonal line but we're gonna stop short yeah then we can connect these two lines with another u shape to finish the thumb or the end of the thumb now we can come over here and connect this line down to the thumb okay now let's draw our next finger this one right here and it's bent behind the thumb so we're gonna start up here we're gonna draw a curve that comes around like this and we can connect to the thumb and then background and connect in depending on how long your thumb is yeah you can use overlapping or you could just go right past it this fingers a little thick maybe mine good job you did it all right now let's draw another finger now this one we can draw a little I'm gonna start here we're gonna curve out just like we did for the for this one we're gonna come down and it's a little smaller so I'm going to stop this is a little shorter than this one yeah perfect now we're going to draw the rest of the hand let's start over here on the thumb and we're going to draw a big curve it's gonna come around like this and back up and in the last thing we can draw on her hand is this little wrinkle on the thumb I'm gonna extend this down further and then I'm gonna draw a curve coming down next we're going to switch to our pencil and we're going to draw stars going down each of the fingers so we can first draw for the first star let's draw an upside-down V yeah and then we can draw a line that goes up from one side across and then back down and we're going to repeat that same set for a bunch of stars going all the way down the finger both fingers actually so we'll go all the way across or all the way down draw another star down here and then I'm going to start over here on the top of this one well if you need to you can pause the video and take extra time to draw these stars next let's switch back to our marker and we're going to trace around the outside of our star we don't want to draw on the inside we're just gonna do the outside shape so we'll just go around this all the way around that first star and then we can switch back to our eraser and erase the guidelines let's repeat those same steps for each of the stars we're going to fast forward this part so remember you guys can pause the video take extra time to ink in each of your stars we finished our stars now we're ready to draw the stripes we're gonna switch back to our pencil and the first thing we're gonna do is split our hand right in half I'm just going to draw a line straight across mine actually lines up with the bottom of the fingers then we can split the bottom shape so measure in between that line and the bottom of the hand and you can split that shape in half also now let's measure the top shape so between this line and the top of the knuckles and we're going to split that shape in half to all the way across and just go right through the lines then we can split each of these shapes again in half so I'm going to measure between this line and the bottom of our hand and draw a line straight across then I'm going to split this next shape in half then the next one measure just use your eyes you don't have to use a ruler you can just guess with your eyes go all the way up to the top all right we did it -
