okay so what we're gonna do today is we're gonna show you what it looks like on your end when you receive disclosures and how to actually assign them so basically if you have an email address they'll be emailed to you they'll look something like this they'll come from myself Joseph DeMint and then it'll look exactly like this as you can see here it has you know to access this what is your authorization code it's gonna be one two three four that's the code that we're going to use for pretty much the majority of disclosures if it's something else we'll let you know now all you got to do from this point is click here and then put in your email and that's going to ask you for a password so you could just make up whatever password you want just make sure when you do the password it is something that you're going to remember as you can see here is the e-sign disclosure so when you open it up they'll look something like this you'll have this button here where it says 'i sign then you'll go down here to I agree authorization code again 1 2 3 4 next and then from here you're going to see up at the top go to next and then start and then all you do from here is check mark these items just like I'm doing here want to make sure we click that button all right now I'm not going over every document is because I just want you guys to see how to sign these disclosures you have questions on any of the disclosures obviously you can call me just understand that these are not going to be your final numbers we do have to order all the title work this tax search you have to get your insurance and that's how we figure out what the final numbers are going to kind of shake out to be you'll probably get an update two or three times throughout the process once things coming such as title tax certs and insurance of what your new payment will look like what the fees are going to look like and also how much you have to bring to the table so just keep that in mind that it's not going to be an exact number and the other part of it is it is not legally binding it is just the initial disclosure package it gives us authorization go ahead and order stuff on your behalf and it's an acknowledgement that you're ready to move forward with the loan that's all it is when you guys actually get a final clear the clothes that's when you go and get it signed in front of a notary or an attorney and then he stamps or she stamps and legalizes the paperwork that's pretty much it there will be another video that goes over how to do wet signatures on the wet disclosures through flow fi our borrower secure portal so that'll be the next video for you guys
