welcome I appreciate you taking some time out to learn all about what trio leasing has to offer when it comes to signing documents as part of the leasing process the one thing that we've learned is that it can be very difficult for either owners enter out of state or even tenants who are possibly looking to rent from out of state and getting clear documents signed in a quick efficient amount of time so one thing the trio Realtors leasing offers is the ability to sign all the documents whether it's the lease agreement the application any of the disclosures or any other you know documents that you would want to include in the process of both parties can very easily sign from the comfort of their email box and their own computer electronically so what I'm going to do is give an example of what you can expect to experience whether you are the owner or a tenant when it comes to signing documents electronically so I'm here just in a generic gmail account will see that there is a email that's arrived from Brett Kepler via docusign and the least is for 123 rental street so we're going to go ahead and click on this and open it up and you're going to see it's a email that you know has a quick message the tenant here in this case we're going to call Fred Flintstone and it's States you know please click below to sign a lease for 123 rental street once complete I automatically receive a copy of the signed document I being Brett Kepler and I will distribute a fully executed copy of the lease to you once the other party is executed it thanks and congratulations so to begin signing all we have to do is click on this button down here that says review once we click that it'll take us to a brand new screen where we're going to be asked just a few simple questions the first one is it's going to have the name down here which you're going to be executing on this document now you do have the ability to either change the name in case there's a misspelling or to change the initials in case you want to use a middle initial or you know add a junior or senior out at the end of it and we can simply do that by clicking you know change signature here you know i can put Frederick Flintstone and change the initials to FFF if I want and you can see down below here all this stuff will change on matically I can change the font if I really want to doesn't really matter the important thing are these numbers associated across the top and what this does is this link you to an electronic record that will state the IP address the email address the exact date and time location of the person signing it so it's actually a little bit more detailed than a wet signature I'd say a lot more detail than what signature and I would say this is more of a binding document than just a simple movement of the pin so what we do is is will agree to these terms up at the top that just explains how electronic signatures work click on the agree button also adopt our signature and then click on the continue button next we're going to be brought to a to a screen that's going to have the full lease agreement that's already been assembled by the people over at Rio realtor's leasing and you'll see that the least that we're actually using is going to be blank but obviously the information will be filled in throughout this and all we have to do is click on the start button to begin signing now you can see that there's five pages we can skip between the pages simply by clicking along the tab on the left or we can just let this start button the arrow guidance so if we click that it automatically takes us down to the first initial if we want to we can always scroll back up and down to review it and before we actually sign it but simply by clicking in this little yellow box the initial will imprint and take us directly down to the next one again we can do this for all five pages and you see also at the very end we include a signature here where it says landlord the full signature will imprint including the date that's signed as well as an initial down here at the very bottom so once we go through and we click on everywhere that needs to be signed we're giving two options we can stay and review the contract or we can complete the signing so we're going to go ahead and complete the signing so we've read through the document we're satisfied with it the next step is will be brought up to where we can either download this on as a PDF on our computer or we can even print it out directly from here but the most important thing is that we don't need to send a copy of this back to anyone else involved once this has been completed someone over trio Realtors leasing will automatically be sent a copy and eventually we'll have one document with everyone signatures on it which we can then distribute to everybody and have a fully executed contract that's how simple it is to actually sign documents for your lease agreement when working with
