Expense bill format for Financial Services
hi everyone welcome to my channel my name is Lisa and today we are going to go over my 2025 yearly budget this is the time of year where I go through and I write down all of the expenses I think I'm going to have for the whole year and I am going to share with you how much I expect to spend in each category and it gives me an idea of how much money I might have left over to reach financial goals such as paying off the house or um maybe a savings challenge like the 100 envelope challenge so I am using the budget mom's budget by paycheck workbook and I'm just using one of my pages from the month of December cuz we don't want to waste anything so we're just going to write 2025 up here in the corner so I know that that is the yearly budget and I did go ahead and write down all of my categories to save a little bit of time before we jump into today's video let me take a moment to thank today's sponsor thank you so much to Rose forever for for sponsoring today's video if you're interested in checking out any of the Rose forever Arrangements you can find them on the web at .rose forever.com I have two different um options to share with you guys this one on the left side is the Dome shape option comes in a round hat box and then on my right this is a square hat box op Rose forever offers 12 Rose Shades in 10 different hatbox options they were founded in 2019 and they offer luxury Rose boxes with natural roses that stay fresh for over a year and I am here to tell you that they absolutely do these roses are handcrafted and are treated with natural oils to preserve their freshness and beauty and in case you are wondering this box over here on my right is over a year and a half old so I am here to tell you 100% that these roses stay absolutely gorgeous for over a year so if you've ever wondered do they really last yes I guarantee you that they do so with all of the options that they have I know that you will find the perfect arrangement for your loved one or for yourself because these are absolutely gorgeous and they have so many options to match any house aesthetic design so please check out today's sponsor .rose forever.com everything will be linked down in the description box below thanks again to Rose forever for sponsoring today's video thank you to Rose forever for sponsoring today today's video um I am super excited to get this started so let's let's get this done all right so my first category let me go ahead and zoom you guys in here a little bit so up here in the top left of the workbook is the income section so I am paid 1975 01 and there are 26 paychecks so so that means that my take-home pay for 2025 without any bonuses and without any raises is $ 51,3 we're going to leave off the sense just to make it a little bit easier for me to calculate so 51 35 and that's all the Inc that I am going to uh be budgeting I do have side hustle income like YouTube that I'm not going to include here because it is extremely variable sometimes I only get about $200 a month sometimes like the month of December I think I have over $600 in YouTube income so it is extremely variable I don't count on it and so we are not going to include it in the budget okay well let's move down here to the fixed expenses so I did take your suggestions and I am putting one line item in my budget for the money I'm putting into the joint account that I share with my daughter if you are new here my daughter and I purchased a home in oh what was it end of September I should remember this but I don't any hoodles we have a joint checking and I joint savings and the joint checking account is where all of the bills are paid so the house payment the electricity the water sewer trash HOA um Pest Control HVAC all of those things are paid from this joint account and we each contribute the same amount every single month and and so that is $1,700 I contribute 1,700 and my daughter contributes 1,700 so this is monthly so for 2025 I will contribute $20,400 to our joint account then we have joint savings and we have agreed that we are each going to put $200 into that account every every single month so 200 time 12 is 2400 so that's going to give us a nice savings at the end of the year it's a brand new house it's a new construction everything is under warranty and all that kind of good stuff so it should be quite some time before we have any repairs or Replacements um so this should grow quite nicely over the next several years until that time comes then I have individual savings so this is my own personal savings account and I am saving let's see what is it it's $100 every paycheck so that's $2600 that I will contribute to personal savings then I have my Roth IRA I turn 50 on the 22nd of December so I can contribute $8,000 to my Roth IRA and I will be maxing that out so $88,000 for RO iray then I have Netflix so Netflix is $25 per month for 12 months is $300 it is the only subscription that I have uh that would be you know like streaming services this is the only one then I have Google this is for storage it's $10 per month so for the year it's $120 then I have my AAA membership and this is $140 for the year then I have car insurance and car insurance is right at 1,200 this could go up um it's been 1,200 the last couple of years but you know there's always a chance I can go up a little bit then I have mmobile so that's where I have my cell phone service through I pay $240 per year I do have some credits because some of you have used my referral link and I was able to get some credits on my bill so for this year I'm looking at about $100 that I will need to pay in August when it renews if I don't get any more credits then there are donations and the donations that I have are $20 per month and so that's $240 for the year then we have Christmas um gifts vet and health um we've got car taxes and tags and car maintenance and I am putting aside $20 every paycheck so that is going to be $520 per year so gifts includes Mother's Day Father's Day and birthdays and then anything outside of that um that I can't cover with the sinking fund I will cash flow okay then the last category that I have here is stickers so um I use van Lily's stickers she has um a Etsy Shop she also has her own website and I have um signed up for her monthly subscription box it's $38 a month and so that's going to be $456 a year now this is going going to be covered by my YouTube income so at the very least my YouTube income will cover this because this is a tax write off I just don't want to forget to have it in the budget so let's add all this up so 20400 20,400 plus 24 400 + 2600 + 8,000 + 300+ 120 excuse me I'm still getting over a cold here plus 140 + 1200 + 100 + 240 + 5 20 plus 520 520 52 520 520 and 4506 okay so that is a total of 39,000 and $76 so if we take take that and we subtract 51350 that leaves me with 12,2 74 okay so first category that I have is groceries and I budget $100 a week so for 52 weeks that's $5,200 now do I spend $100 a week on groceries not always um so um I am doing a challenge where um I have having my daughter pick numbers out of a bag it's numbers one through 100 it's our way of doing the 100 envelope Challenge and whatever number she picks I'm taking out of my grocery budgets so we could pick a hundred one week and have $0 and just have to use what we have maybe one week it might be a dollar and we have $99 so um I am challenging myself to spend a lot less than this then I have gas for my car which let me just say you won't see a car payment move that up shall we you won't see a car payment um in my fixed expenses my car is PID paid off um I paid cash for my little 2014 Kia Soul back a few years ago and um so the only expense that I have is like car maintenance taxes and tags and gas and that's it so I spend around $20 a week not always uh I don't always spend all that but that is ,000 440 for the year then I have fun and spending that gets $50 a week so that's $2600 and it's the same budget for the fur babies so $2600 for them so the difference between fur babies here and vet visits up here um is that this is just for shots emergency vet visits that kind of good stuff and fur babies sink or cash envelope or variable expense is for food litter um you know and treats bones you know that kind of good stuff okay then I have a category um for medicine and this is new and so I'm going to contribute [Music] $10 is it $10 it's $20 per paycheck so that is going to be 520 for the year and then I have a new category called stock up so what I want to do is if I have a little bit of extra money left over I want to start saving up so that once a year we can stock up on things like paper towels or toilet paper I mean we use Beday but if we need a toilet paper um maybe I can have my mom grab it from Sam's Club and save us a little bit of money here so I don't know if we'll have money left over because this is a surprise to me too because I haven't added all this up yet so let's see if there is anything left ever we may need we may be in the hole and I might need to erase some things who knows okay so we're starting with 12274 and we're subtracting 5200 for groceries 1,40 for gas 2600 for fun and spending 2600 for fur babies and 520 for medicine leaves $314 so that is going to go into the stock up category so that is a total of 12274 and the leftover is zero so I wanted to make sure that I am budgeting every single penny that you know I have a good plan for the year I really think I have um all of the categories that I'm going to need for the year and so um that will be um that will be good and again the sticker cost is456 this is a tax write off and I will be purchasing this with my uh YouTube income and then as far as debt repayment which is the house I will be using my YouTube income for additional principal payments my daughter will also be making principal payments but um I make considerably less than she does and so um my extra payments are going to be coming from YouTube so thank you so much for watching because you really do help me reach my financial goals when you watch my videos so I think that is everything for this video uh let me know down in the comments what you all think about the rose Forever Flowers and let me know which one was your favorite we had well let me zoom out here that might be helpful we have the Dome shape which is kind of hard to get on camera here the Dome shape uh flowers or the box I prefer the Box myself it's easier for me to you know have in my filming space so um thank you again to Rose forever for sponsoring today's video um thank you guys so much for watching thank you for supporting my channel and I hope you guys have a great day or night wherever you're at bye
