hi and welcome to expense fast let's take a quick look at how we can create a wide variety of receipts invoices or any other document that we have a template for or you can use our system to create your own document we first start at the create design tab here and we can look for any type of receipt that is in our template Library by choosing one of these we can actually edit it and make any changes we would like including the text on screen using the easy to use what you see what you get editor we click on one of these items here we can edit it double clicked on it to make sure I had it selected it remove a little bit of this change the price change the date and we have what we need now if we wanted to we can go through and modify uh the the location of any of the text and we can modify different things like font size height font style Etc so lots of different uh capabilities using our editor tool and we can even add images if we had a logo we wanted to add in this case We'll add a logo to this one and it gets added to the receipt you can scale it down and make it look like so notice that some of these fonts here are exact thermal reproductions from actual receipts so you'll see thermal receipt thermal C8 and there's a wide variety of other ones that are used within the receipt point of sale solutions that are out there today so once we've got something we've we like we can save this and we then after we save it we're able to download it download it then you can print it using any printing solution you'd like it downloads in either PNG or jpeg format so that's a quick tour I hope you enjoy using expense fast if you need other receipts out there that you want to learn you want to have a one made for you please click this link in the left hand corner and we can take your request generate a new receipt template based on that request all right enjoy and happy creating
