hello everyone today I'm going to show you how to create an invoice for graphic design services using tally do which is an easy to use invoice and estimate generator that anyone can use there are two in two options for creating invoices you can either use the free generator the free Builder which you can find by going to tdoc.com and click the free Builder Link in the top navigation and I have a video previous video that you can watch I'll leave the link in the description or you can sign up for an account to save unlimited invoices and send them automatically to your customers and this video will go with the lad option so I'm going to log to an account you can click the login button if you'd like to see how to sign up check out our getting started series it's super quick and easy I'm going to log into our test account now the first thing we want to do to get started creating an invoice is go to the invoices section by clicking the link on the left I'll click the new invoice button for this invoice I'm going to select my customer named Jane Thomas from the dropdown uh this is going to be an open invoice because it has not been paid yet I'm not going to put any terms you can just put na or you can put the terms like pay on delivery or give a number of days to that the customer can pay uh for these Services I'll add a line item to say that this is for logo design and I'll say that this our rate for this is going to be or 250 bucks for One logo and the line item notes I'll say that this includes file formats PNG and jpeg uh no shipping so I'll put zero because this is a service we're providing we won't add any Texs for the notes I'll just put a message that says um you can put your payment links here like if you have a PayPal or venmo or something I'll just say please pay within five business days and click save and now our invoice is saved it's here at the bottom we have an invoice number and a date to view the details click on the magnifying glass you'll see everything is here total has been calculated for you here's our note and you can go ahead and send this to your customer by clicking the send email button here or you can open this in a PDF format by clicking the PDF button this will open PDF document for you that you can download or print or whatever you'd like to do and that's it I hope this video was helpful if you have any questions please feel free to leave a comment below don't forget to subscribe for more videos thanks bye
