In order to enable invoice template in Replicon go to administration and click on permission sets available under employees and organization. Open the permission set that has been assigned to the system administrator. You would see an option for invoice templates available here. Check the view and the edit option for invoice templates. Once enabled click on the save button at the bottom. You would see the invoice templates available under the project section. This is how you can enable invoice templates in Replicon.
