What do you like best?

I really liked the fact that you can create folders to organize all your files especially if you have multiple projects. There's also the ability to create a team that would then allow your colleagues to access documents and work collaborative on the same account. You also have the option to create templates on forms that you usually use frequently.

so i chose an apprenticeship as i wasn't really sure what path to go down comparing uni to apprenticeship i was quite kind of fearful of moving out and living on my own however i did do that when i joined the apprenticeship anyway but it allowed me to kind of learn on the job and learn skills that i felt would kind of benefit me more whilst learning how kind of the job world works my best moments during my apprenticeship would definitely be getting awarded a performance award because this kind of proved to me that my hard work is kind of getting somewhere and getting me recognized as well as kind of being part of the gff conference that we hosted in 2019 this show this was an event that kind of held thousands of people so it really showed how fulfilling kind of working can be i think the pandemic itself kind of really um made the learning aspect of the apprenticeship quite hard but obviously as i had kind of my own devices to learn from as well i kind of got through it a bit slower than maybe i would have having more access to kind of people within work as well as people from kind of the apprenticeship company but as a whole i don't think it necessarily hindered me that much as i as we adapted and i still had kind of close ties to my team so the support i got from my employer was very good i had kind of really close connections with my team throughout and it really allowed me to kind of flourish within the job as all of the kind of silly questions that i thought might not necessarily be the best they were happy to answer throughout and it kind of made me confident with my team which therefore made me confident in my work as well as from kind of ctec tina was great throughout the time she was there she was always open to answering questions even if they weren't necessarily really in depth if they were just kind of a quick question to put me at ease she was very very very helpful with that it's really kind of put a solid foundation for me to kind of move in to the career i want i think kind of communications marketing all of these things are kind of what i have like a passion for and it's kind of it's allowed me to realize that and have a clear kind of path
