My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

[Music] hi everybody I December I am a non-profit consultant located in North Bethesda Maryland and this video I'd like to talk about something that I get this question a lot is whether our organization's should produce an annual report so the answer is yes and I'll say I kind of looked around and said yes for a reason a lot of nonprofits want to squeeze every little bit of information about their programs and you know letter from the executive director and the Board Chairman and all this great stuff into a very expensive you know a 12 page booklet that they have to print for color and pictures I'm not really crazy about that anymore I used to think that was a good idea but honestly you can accomplish so much with a lot less paper and a lot less writing and as you know people nowadays have shorter attention spans thanks to technology so I would rephrase it and say don't print an annual report print an impact report that's a great buzz word buzz phrase that's going around the nonprofit community lately you can create a very powerful two-page front and back or at the most four pages you know folded impact report that will show your donors that a you're spending their money wisely because you always want to have a little pie chart with your financials be telling about stories of success and beneficiary impact numbers for the year for example you know we we helped 600 families out of poverty and homelessness this year so you definitely want to have those numbers in there you want up your financials you want up a story of success and make it more like an infographic you know and make it very eye-catching and easy to follow and if you want to you know that could be the front and the back could be the list of donors that you're thinking and everybody when they get an annual important I know I do this too is I glance up the cover to see if it's something I want to read if it's a booklet and then I flipped through it and I look for pictures with captions that's the first thing everybody does even in magazines and they look at the pictures before they read the article and then I look for my name if I'm a donor in the back and maybe read a story or look at the pie chart so think about creating something that is and I help my clients do this all the time create something that your donors will actually want to read and they'll find eye catching and they'll they'll not just immediately like oh my god it's a 15-page annual report I'm not gonna read this I mean let's be honest nobody's gonna read it so you know make it a PDF that's on your website so people can download it link to it in your email marketing you can actually you know inexpensively mail it you know have a print house prints you know several professional copies and mail them to maybe your donors who've given I'm making up a number twenty-five dollars or more in the last year if their name is in it the criteria changes based on the nonprofit's so the basic question I always get asked is to recap should our organization produce annual report the answer is yes but do it smartly do it in a way that's it's actually going to be read and call it an impact report and don't overstuff it you know with information that and that's just not necessary keep it impactful literally with pictures captions success stories the financials and that's it so I just want to let you know that I'm available I do document reviews like this all the time I help non-product clients write their impact reports and find the right buzz words and phrases or review something you have in progress feel free to reach out to me at my website is an FIR com it's my first and last name comm and below this video you can click the little bell and subscribe for my upcoming videos and you'll get notifications when they come out thanks for watching have a great day
