What do you like best?

We needed a basic eSignature solution that would be cost effective. We don’t need complex logic or much automation since our volume is low. The User Interface design is easy to use and quick. Also it sends us email notifications immediately when we get the docs signed. The reason why we went with airSlate SignNow over other competitors such as DocuSign is that the cost is lower but it has similar features. DocuSign is a huge name and my thinking is they spend a lot on advertising and charge a lot for their high quality service (kind of like Apple). airSlate SignNow made the most sence for us due to the feature comparison vs these other bigger name solutions.

in this video I'm gonna show you the document library and how to run reports for our quality assurance a document library is just a page where you can store as many PDFs you that you need that you want to share within your dispatch center for example here's the app code Neenah standard form if I click open and view it it's gonna show me the document that we uploaded into the document library and now all your disparate dispatchers have access to this form so you have the ability to upload however many documents you want you can email this document out and you'll only delete it if you're an admin so this is just a place to store documents to share within your Center so reporting off the quality assurance evaluations is done in three sections a general report could be you can search by a date range of the call you could search by date of evaluation we can search by a certain form so let's look for call taking for police census and click search all that data will pop here below and you can everythings exportable to PDF and or excel now we can break it down and say we want to use call taking for police incidents for the employee been layer let's search and there you go Ben's done five of these Quality Assurance evaluations so I can even click view and see the evaluation itself now all these are called and statements so the more data you put in here probably the less results you're gonna get their reports by questions is a nice feature we can choose any question that we have in our system as you can see it's FoF abetik 'el and if when we select a question did we ask about drugs and alcohol and say no I can see the results will pop down here of every time an evaluation was done asking that question and how many time who was answered no so an example of verified address twice and put a no and if you have the same person popping up here you're gonna find a trend and maybe that person needs to be spoken to so you can also break your questions down by form and you select the category then you select the question and then the answer type so all that stuff is built by you and however you want to whatever report you're looking for it has evaluation count is super easy I'm just gonna click search here but it's going to show you all your employees how many pending evaluations they have how many completed evaluations and how many total evaluations this also has the last evaluation date which is nice because it will tell us you know as the supervisor we know okay I just did somebody on June 14th when I even done V last year since June 3rd so I better do a quality assurance evaluation for him again all this is exportable to PDF n or Excel if you're looking for a time frame just put that in up here and that data will pop below so that's how you use the reports and document library
