pushed back on your dashboard or anything like that if there's no active sessions you can create a session from right here or you can come over here to invite signer pretty much on any page within the bluey app if you scroll down you're going to see recent open calls that have taken place but most importantly you're going to see our let's get started or learn the Rope section so here you get access to our live call script we've got a nice video from Katie on how you can use this call script to ing your notarizations you want to make sure that you're following along and saying everything that you need to say for your sake so that your notarization is going to be considered legally valid and not thrown out in the court of law or anything like that second we've got our Facebook support group so up here and click invite signer I'm going to have the options to choose a Ron which is what most of you are here for you can also do ipen so if your state allows inpersonal electronic notarization you're going to be able to play Hot Potato with your laptop or hot potato with your iPad if anybody does insist on doing an inperson notor you also have the ability to do esart so this is the same as a notarization session but you're not going to be on video you guys can come in inside the document at different times you can send out invitations for documents you can have other people with access to view the documents you can send it out to other people afterwards and this is entirely for you with any of your our accounts on Blue notary at the time of this recording I'm going to click Ron since that's what we're mostly here for and here you're going to see our current invite signer flow so first things first you got your name of your primary signer and their email address pretty simple you can add extra signers with the plus button and you can choose whether these sign is going to come in through biometric authentication kba authentication or in Most states please check with your state commission but if you know them personally you might be able to skip the authentication flow in some states you might be able to skip the authentication flow of the signer and use your witness as a credible witness via ID authentication if for some reason your signer is unable to produce a form of ID now if you have invited your signer before you're able to come up to your contact book and you'll be able to link any signers information in so you don't have to be typing in the information over and over again you can also of course add w Witnesses one you can do the blue notary on demand witness but you can also of course add your own Witnesses for free and once they've been added once they'll be stored here in your kind of my Witnesses contact book so you don't have to enter in all their information over and over again this will store their address and zip code all that important information for session details you're going to have the option to enter in a reference number you can type in anything you want here it can be a number that you use internally if you are working on a certain account you can type in you know the brick layer account say you're working in with some construction company or something like that you can type in anything you want it'll be searchable afterwards in your notary journal for our session types they're broken up into two different sessions one is General notwork this is going to be affidavits power of attorneys anything like that and two is going to be closings this is going to be Helo estate plannings any larger notarization packages you know these could consist of 7 to10 documents they could have over 100 Pages anything like this would qualify as a closing but for this demonstration I'm just going to do a general notary work session you always have the option to add observers so this is somebody that's involved in the notarization but isn't necessarily Aigner isn't necessarily witness and isn't you so this could be an attorney a translator contractor anything like this you know a real estate agent anybody that can help the process so or wants to be part of the process but isn't going to be documented in your Journal as a signer or a witness this is also completely free now when it comes to scheduling the sessions you have three different options you can one let the signer choose when the session is going to take place two you can notorized this right now get it done and three you can schedule it for later this is what most people usually do you schedule it with your CER but if for any reason they have let's say they call you up and they say hey this is scheduled for tomorrow but this needs to be done today you guys can both hop in the session and get it done it's not going to going to stop you from joining the session or anything like that so for this I'm just going to say notarize now next we have payment info so if you're on an individual signer account you're going to have this payment info option this billing preference allows you to invoice the client on your own when you select this you're going to be responsible for collecting payment from your signer you can use any payment processor of your choice to do this or you can use the blue notary payment processor and send them an invoice directly when I click this you're just going to select your payment card that you use you know you can have a couple different cards in there however you choose if you don't select this button you're going to be going to the blue not traditional billing schedule you can click on this button to find out more about how this works for your documents you have the options of uploading documents you're going to be able to upload PDFs image files docx you know anything like that that you would traditionally need to upload or you can use a pre-tagged document template so I'm going to use a pre- tag document template just for this invitation and I'm going to send this invitation off all right we have sent an invitation to the signer and we get brought here into the journal now if for any reason your signer has trouble opening their email anything like that you can always open this session up and you can copy this link right here and give this to them directly you can also download a QR code and show this on the screen to them and they can use their phone to read the QR code and they can be brought directly into the session that way so this is your Journal obviously we're going to keep all of your video sessions recorded for 10 years so you're always going to be stay compliant you have the option to invoice your customer now if you did not select invoice outside of blue notary that means you're going to be using the traditional blue noty billing their card is going to get pre-authorized before a session is made so that means if you you click this button again you're basically going to be double billing them so really we recommend either using custom billing if you're going to be doing that method or using this invoice tool only if you select to invoice outside of blue notary or invoice the client on your own next we've got the notes tool so you're always able to keep special notes in your Journal session things like if this was a credible witness anything that went on in the session that is worth noting or is required for your state and then you also are able to start a group chat with your signer anybody in the session is able to see anything in this chat and you can also initiate this from down here and the signer can initiate it from their side as well now you get your audit log over here so this is what you can come and check if you're ever wondering where's my signer I can't quite see them you can see if your signer has even attempted to come into the session yet sometimes they might not be quite as far along as they think they are so this is a great tool for you to kind of see see where in the platform they might be you can see the original document here and let me get out of this and go to a completed session here we are you'll be able to see their signed documents right here and if there's multiple documents you can download them all as a zip at the same time and that's pretty much the gist of it for your Journal let me go over to the manage sections here now we do have a referral program so anybody that their subscription as well now if I come back to my main section again I've also got my digital certificates and blockchain so here's where you can see your digital certificate if you've purchased eal if you purchased it you can download it as either you know a solid image or you can download it with a transparent background as well these are available for free to use on the platform so if you we're calling notary certificates if you downloaded them and purchased them through blue notary you're able to see them right here otherwise you're able to upload your own right here and you can really upload anything so if you need to upload an image you can get that uploaded as well let's go back and we've got our Ron approval document this is going to be what's required when you are first joining the platform if you're watching this video it's probably something that you've already done but if not you can see our acceptable RW approval document lists we require one of these three items here over in this crisp article next we've got your digital signature so you can always come up here and check it out this is an account that is often used so you can see I've signed my name many a time here but you can always come and create your signature here you can draw from here you can type from here you know we've got our three different fonts or you can upload your signature we generally recommend uploading or drawing your signature just because it looks the most most like your real signature using pen and paper you can also do this from inside the session so it sounds something like you need to do before you open up a session or before you open up session simulator or anything like that so let me come back and we've got a few more Pro features one of these is going to be branded emails so when you send that invitation out your signer is going to receive one of these branded emails so in this case we've got the blue notary logo here so this email would come with the blue not logo if you use your own logo this email is going to come with your logo and then we've just got an invitation to an autorization session on Blue notary and you can type in your own custom message here that's going to come along to your signer anything special notes you want to have want them to have special branding you want to have just a special message to provide some instructions for them and then we we're a fan of big buttons so the main thing is they're going to click this big get started button to come into the session itself we've also got our loan signing agent program this is well on its way to starting we're waiting on a few loose ends to get tied up from a couple of our partners in certain States it's more active than others so you are able to submit your loan signing agent program application it's basically the same as our open call program right below but just for loan signings the gmw open call program is something that you're going to have to pass an exam in in order to be a part of so this is something that we do for quality assurance just to make sure that our customers are going to be satisfied with your performance as a notary coming back out I believe that's everything in the manage section last thing we have an audio video quality test it's pretty minor so let's proceed to the next section which is our reports section here you can keep track of what kind of value you're getting out of the product you can sort this by yearly monthly weekly month to date quarter to date year to date or your own custom time frame if you need to so you can see exactly what kind of mileage you're getting out of this car and you'll be able to tell exactly how productive your business has been over the last year or any amount of times we've also got this invoice section now this is something that's new and we talked about how you get invoice before from your Journal if you do that it will appear here but you can also come here and create a custom invoice that is in no relation to a session that was done with blue notary if you're going to be doing a session it's going to drop down here in this drop down box but if you're doing something custom you know maybe you're still doing a little bit of mobile notary work on the side maybe you're doing home inspections anything like that you can put in the customer email you can enter an invoice description and then you're going to be able to send them an invoice and they can pay via a car WhatsApp and I believe we pay as well let me check on this right quick so we've got an example I'll just create a new invoice sample let's send an email out we'll do it from a session I can add maybe a late fee if my signer was wasting a bit of my time so I'll create and send this invoice and then it's going to generate and we can see all our payment functions so I can view the invoice here or I can download the PDF document but you'll notice it also generated right here so I can copy this link come to a new tab up here and we're going to see exactly what this invoice looks like from the signer side so it's going to have their email it's going to have the opportunity to pay with WeChat cash app and card they can also use this link tool as well so it's very smooth operation you can see payment details you can see that this late fee is here they can you have an itemized list for any charge that you are making to them okay you can also download the invoice as a PDF so if you'd like to do that you can send this invoice to them to their inbox next we've got our contacts section so here's where you can see a list of contacts people that you've already done notarization sessions with we already touched briefly on our training section so we've got our courses where you can upload your own templates if you're working with the same document over and over again you can set it up so when a new CER comes in it's going to have new signer's name new signer's initials new date you don't have to keep doing that every single time and then lastly we have our new leads section here so this is where you can find New Leads on signing Services title companies all kinds of different businesses that need notarization if you are looking to expand your notarization business now I'm going to come up here to our settings up here and go through all of these tools available to you here so first off you've got your personal details if your information ever changes you can change it here and it will reflect so with your eill you can also set up a public profile so this profile will be public and visible on the blue notary domain people can end up finding you on Google through this so it'll be SEO searchable as well you can set up and change your payouts if you need your payouts to be changed for any reason you can reach out to the support chat here and they will help you disconnect your stripe account and reset up a different account you can manage your open call settings here so you can either opt out of open calls or you can activate browser notifications if you would like or deactivate them we have the option if you are a Spanish speaking notary you can sign up as someone who Cent so this is a good tool if you've got that in your tool belt for yourself you can get a couple extra calls and then if you try us un like us of course we've got our referral program where you can get 30% on upgraded subscriptions from people that you refer to use our program you can change your password using the change password tool you just enter in your old password put in the new one and then we also have some of our courses listed again here as well as in our training section and the most important tool in this area is likely going to be your schedule settings tool so this is where if you want to set it up with clients that you're only going to be doing authorizations from you know 3: to 5: on Thursdays and Fridays you can come in here set this up you can set it up by day set it up by time and then you get your own my session link you can send this out to clients you can also you know put it on your website whatever you want to do and then they'll be funneled into that time that you selected and if you use cly you can also integrate with Cy as well doing the same thing and then lastly we connect with Google apps so you can set it up with Google Calendar so you know where to be at what time if somebody does book one of these sessions with you and we also integrate with Google Drive so you can send all your notorized documents to a
