I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

hey print hustlers jessica with printavo simple shop management software and i am here to tell you how to convert a quote to an invoice and how to send a payment request first we're going to learn how this works so we're going to head over to my account and go down to customize invoice statuses from here you're going to see that we have some statuses that have been selected with a check mark and some that have not those statuses that have a block box selected are going to be those that are considered a quote and those that are deselected are considered an invoice now heading back to our calendar we're going to go into one of our invoices and you'll see that right here in the upper left hand corner it's going to say that it's quote number 4355 and the reason being is because it's still in a status that's considered a quote now if we were to move this forward down the timeline of the job and put it into another status that was deselected you'll notice that it now says invoice number four three five five now we need to send this out to our customers so we can collect payment and the way that you're going to do that is by clicking the payments and expenses tab and you're going to click plus paymentrequest what happens here is this is going to add a green button to your public invoice view that your customer can then click and apply their credit card info and then automatically pay their invoice you can either select none which is just going to add the green button to the public invoice view without sending them a notification you can also send an email to your customer using a pre-loaded template or this free form box and lastly if some of you folks are on premium you can also send out a text message uh to your customer requesting payment down here you can also have printavo remind your customer to pay the invoice every few days and it'll continue to follow up as until it receives a payment now once we've set submit on the public invoice view you'll see that we now have a green button for your customer to click and apply their credit card info
