We were looking for a way to automate our lease signing process that was efficient, reasonably priced and legally binding. airSlate SignNow fulfilled these requirements for us and also lends a bit of credibility and professionalism to this process in the eyes of our clients.

airSlate SignNow is fairly easy to use. What I like most is that this software allows me to automate a process that used to take time and much effort. To get our commercial office leases signed, we either had to meet in person (a half a day's trip) with tenant or PDF documents, email them back and forth, print them out and re-scan for signatures. With airSlate SignNow, we can create documents to sign and store on their website. There is a trail of who has signed and who hasn't signed. No printing out or re-scan necessary. Just save PDF document to folder of choice when fully signed.

So far, airSlate SignNow has been exactly what we were looking for to expedite the signing process and everyone who has signed, has said it's been really easy! We have much more thorough contracts now, because fields are required to complete and we get all the info we need.

I think airSlate SignNow is more aesthetically pleasing and easier to use than other similar programs I have tried. The price is great and I love have lots of different templates I can save and use, and that airSlate SignNow stores all my signed documents as well as giving them to me in PDF

I guess to kind of just get ahead of it I really I hate bugs I'm like I don't want see any of them in my house wanted to show you guys how we go about selling our customers over the phone we received a couple leads overnight and we've been doing some follow-up calls and I figured hey this might be a good subject that those of you that are Pest Control technicians specifically that are looking to start a pest control business could definitely benefit from because I don't know about you guys I have very little sales experience before starting my own pest control business I worked at a cell phone company for a very short time where I was forced to do code calling and stuff like that but other than that very little experience selling over the phone so we're just going to go ahead and get right to the point the customer we're actually calling here they're labeled as unavailable I believe that's because of some of the privacy settings that they have set on their phone but we're going to go ahead and call she actually did text us back she said I was wondering about pricing for your quarterly Pest Management so I'm going to give her a call real quick hope hopefully she answers and if not for some reason I'll go into my open phone account for you guys and show you the text messages that we send as well hi how are you doing good how are you good I was just calling I think I tried calling you this morning and then I just seen you text message response as well um you submitted a lead on like a form on our website last night correct for the quarterly pest control for the 30 and a show it should have showed you a price for I believe like $32 a month did it do that um so how that works is there's a couple ways that we go about doing our services first and foremost what kind of issues are you having or you just looking to get ahead of them yeah kind of just getting ahead of them we just moved um into a house it's kind of older like the baseboards it don't have a real good seal in the corners and there's some crafing and stuff so when we moved in there was just some you know you're you know little spiders and we found a couple roaches and stuff I guess to kind of just get ahead of it I really I hate rugs I'm like I don't want to see any of them in my house so just get ahead of them right okay yeah no most definitely so just to give you an idea how that 32 a month works is pretty much like $96 per quarter if you were to look at it from like a treatment per treatment side of things uh with the 32 a month we wouldn't be charging any type of like initial fee if you decided how it works essentially is $32 over 12 months comes out to just 3 $84 plus tax for the whole year if you decided you just wanted to you know get the most savings essentially uh we give the customers who pay for the entire year upfront just that 32 * 12 months rate you know you lock that rate in for the whole year otherwise if you wanted to kind of do our subscription plan we can do that as well where instead how it would work is we would just charge $99 plus tax to come out and get started and then your 32 a month wouldn't start until the first of you know the following month so say you had us go ahead and come out in August you wouldn't be charged again until the 1st of September and that's just on autopay we just get a debit card or credit card on file and it sends you a receipt each month and that covers of course your quarterly Services as well as if for some reason say you have an issue in between services or something we will come back at no additional cost to get those taken care of for you so it covers all of that okay and um which one of those options sounds best for you do you think the first one just the the 32 a month ACC quarterly okay so um you wanted to pay for the year and be done or the one where you just pay 32 a month after the first service just 32 a month after the first service okay okay yeah no I can get that set up for you and then I'll go ahead and get you a profile set up in my system and is there a certain day this week that would work best for you um any day really um okay let's see yeah any day really that y are available I'll be here so would tomorrow morning work for you between I would say 8:00 a.m. to 10: a.m. yeah that sounds perfect okay awesome then yeah like I said um you can just send me your address over and I'll go ahead and get your account set up and then like we said it'll just be 99 plus tax tomorrow and then we'll fire up the 32 plus tax a month going forward you know starting September 1st and you'll get a service agreement as well that you know goes over all of that as well as all the general pests that you're covered under cuz you're covered under lots of pest with us as well and it just gives you a good expectation of everything and if you have any questions or anything while I'm there tomorrow we can go ahead and get those straightened out for you okay that sounds perfect awesome well thanks for reaching now and I will see you tomorrow okay great thank you thank you byebye bye so that is usually how most of our calls go as you could tell we like to be very thorough with explaining how the pricing works and just reinforce which option they are going with you could hear she kind of mention you know of course the quarterly service and then she just said the 32 a month so I wanted to reinforce okay so you're fine with paying $99 plus tax up front and then $32 per month going forward which by the way her home is right around 1,000 square ft pretty small home it'll be relatively easy for us she even mentioned there was a older home so it shouldn't be a home that really gives us much issues or anything plus after her first year or two we'll probably up that rate to $35 maybe even $39 per month of course depending on inflation and economic conditions even if say she ends up being like a perfect customer I wouldn't mind keeping her around $100 per quarter because of course 32 * 3 equal $96 plus tax per quarter right around $100 a quarter so it's not like we're losing money or not making good money or anything off of that if we end up having to go out there more frequently you know or like we said if inflation economic conditions Force us to raise prices we'll raise them ingly after one one year to two years like we do with a lot of customers but in the meantime that's another sale that's going to be roughly just over $450 for the year so yeah it's definitely you know another good start to the week that's our first sale of the week we've had a couple other leads come in that I'm going to be following up with as well but I just wanted to give you guys a quick example because like I said I know for me personally I didn't really have much sales experience and when I look back on the calls that I did even just a year to two years ago I'm like Oh my gosh I was so bad I can't believe I sold anything right and it's more so not coming off as a Salesman don't come off pushy just see you know what their issue is a lot of times I love when customers fill out the forms online because they tell you exactly what they're wanting it makes it a lot easier hey I see that you were looking around for this I see that that you got this quote let me explain to you how that works do you have any issues currently in your home you know just kind of let it form formulate as a conversation not something where it's like hey let me tried to say you this say you this say you this you notice I didn't try to upsell her on a bunch of stuff I'm getting my foot in the door and then say I end up noticing termites you might get a termite liquid treatment out of it or say I noticed rodent shoe marks I might upsell some rodent baiting or even an exclusion service or say she has a bunch of bushes and stuff I can upsell mosquito program for so the main thing is just don't beat your customers over the head because I say customers more like leads because you're just trying to get your foot in the door they're not even a customer yet just get your foot in the door prove that you're a good company and then the rest will sell itself once they see that you are who you say you are
