hey guys it's Candace and in today's QuickBooks tips and tricks imma teach you how to set up your default invoices inside of QuickBooks online so if you go up to the wheel icon and you go over to Styles custom form Styles click on that the gear icon the wheel icon you call that whatever you want but you come in here and you can choose your new styles here you can only change your invoice your estimate and your sales receipt inside QuickBooks Online but you can click you want your new invoice you go through you choose what you want it to look and feel like and when you're done you can actually choose to make it a default and click right here on your edit and make default that's how you'd make your QuickBooks Online template whether it's invoice sales receipt or estimate your default one to automatically pull up so you can have multiple ones in there and choose which one you want actually default every time you go in there so when you're in here and you're creating your invoices that will automatically come up and you can choose and/or customize which one you want here as well but your default will be the automatic one but for any reason you want the other you can choose it down here under customize alright I hope you guys are enjoying these tips and tricks if you don't want to miss any feel free to subscribe to my tips and tricks by going up above or down below and I will email them out to you and if you're looking for a course that takes you from A to Z really keeps QuickBooks simple but gives you what you need feel free to check out confidence with QuickBooks Online I will put the link up above and down below have an amazing day I'll see you guys soon bye [Music] [Music]
