airSlate SignNow has the facility of text tags which can be include on your documents. Text tags for signature and invite are particularly useful , by adding these tags on the documents you can load the document to airSlate SignNow website and their system sends the document to signer which is already added on through text tag. Another useful feature is the windows context menu just right click on your document and it allows you to load it for esign.

welcome to the point from navitend we're going to learn about adding custom fields to QuickBooks invoices in a prior addition of the point we learned how to track custom data in QuickBooks we've learned that QuickBooks is a very flexible tool in terms of the document formats available for such purposes as estimates invoices and statements follow along as we learn how to use a custom data field on a QuickBooks invoice template first make sure your company file is open then select the list menu and choose templates this brings up a list of existing templates to work with for this example click on your invoice template and then check the the button here that says templates and select edit template this brings up the basic customization window there are a lot of options here what we want to do is choose the layout designer at the bottom of the window so click on layout designer this brings up a design view somewhat like a print preview this is where all the existing fields are for this template go up to the bot to excuse me to the top where it says add choose data field this will present a list of the available data fields for this template type anything with a check mark indicates that that field is already being used on the template we're going to choose this field here called my custom field just by double clicking and this will bring the field and the label to the middle of the document template next drag these fields to the location where you'd like to include them on the template it's that simple please follow the link at the bottom of the screen to learn more about QuickBooks Microsoft Office and general computing help thank you
