now as a petitioner you have to file an affidavit of support form right have to fill up on how to fill out the form now not only you have to fill up the form but you have to submit some additional document like supporting document you know to prove that you are you to prove your status here United States of America what are you a green card holder or you are US citizen you know your age and course you have to meet all those requirements also you know like age requirement and also proof of domicile okay so I have a lot of people who send me messages don't want to know what kind of document they can use to prove that they have a tight connection with United States of America so they can petition for their relative code so maybe you are somebody who's living in Germany right now temporary and you turn a petition for your spouse okay and you guys are basically will move back maybe you met somebody in Germany you want to marry and or maybe you already got married boy you planning to come back to United States of America will you start a process that you of the process where you have to file your afflictive support like I just mentioned there are document you can use ISO proof of domicile okay that's what I'm going to talk about you the I did some research I have my note here on my right there what a fun and I'm gonna share my whatever fun with you guys okay so the first document you can use is gonna be a voting record in the US okay if you vote in a US before either state level or federal level you have to you can use those on that document maybe your voting card or whatever to prove that you still have a tight connection with from United States of America okay that's the first document the second document we're gonna talk about here is gonna be a worker showing that you pain state tasks and also federal tax or a local tasks and stuff like that so if you have those kind of document maybe your w-2 form or whatever just show that you still pain a task that's who you can use that document as a proof of domicile okay even you live in a broad-based it pain that is if you have a property here United State of America and you have a document to show that on you you have it properly and no document double on which home oh you have your name you know you know ensure that as a proof of domicile okay that you have a property the property can be a land that can be maybe you have all like apartment for rent or you have houses and stuff like that as long as on there is your name on those document you're gonna be fine and then maintaining bank or investment account United State of America if you have a bank or give you know a set of America you maintain that may mean that you transfer money to that be or may be monthly or you know I don't know every week or every government bi-weekly and then you have an investment account also maybe you have a business here United State of America an account related to related to that business and you put money on that account you can use that document as a proof of domicile okay another one you can use this if you have a permanent or mailing address here United State of America you keep your permanent mailing address you can show proof maybe you still receiving some of the bank statement on that address you can use that as a proof of domicile and then last but not least proof let's say you are student in Germany you are studying abroad you can use on any document that showed that you are studying abroad and you're gonna return back to United States of America once your studies overall you studies or you complete your study you know as long as you can prove that then you can you know you can use that as proof of domicile basically that's what trying to say okay so those are the document you know when I did my reset does that document down NVC National Visa Center say that you can use as a proof of da Mesa so if you're in this situation you know how to get for sorry too much you know you maybe you already have those document your game but you don't know since you don't know exactly which document you to provided you have to question yourself you have to add somebody so those are
