[Music] hey what's going on YouTube it is coach Mt and I'm just back here with a pretty short video um in uh well first of all if if this is your first time here I want to say thank you um if you've been rocking me for a while I want to say thank you as well too or if you're first time here I want to say welcome um but if you've been rock with me for a while I want to say thank you um I'm just going to continue to bring you as much value as I can um as much proof as I can of this process um you know continue to point you in the right direction so uh uh you know and if I don't have it I'm I'm I'm now have access to individuals that do and I have no problem sending you over there to say hey they may have something that can that can help you out all right so uh in my readings and just individuals I follow and stuff online I came across something that said hey if your car is repossessed send the Repo Company a true bill okay a true bill or an invoice right now we all know that a true bill is something called an indictment well I don't say we all know that but if you look at what a true bill is it's called an indictment uh when you get indicted by like the grand jury it's an actual affidavit it's the most true affidavit out there um and it's called a true bill so I was like and the the the reading didn't say how to write it it just says send the Repo Company a true bill well since I've been writing affidavits and writing notices you know for almost the last you know since 2021 I said why don't just put some together and see if it'll work now I'm going tell you I don't know if it's going to work or not I'm just going to be 100% honest I don't know I have no but I had never heard of that before I had never heard to send a true bill or an invoice so I wrote something up that you could use okay um you can or or a template that you could use I'm not going to say this is going to work but keep me posted if your car has been repossessed send this to the Repo Company all right um I just made this up uh you know chat GPT helped me out a little bit and I was like cool get get it signed get it notorized and send it uh I would say send it by certified mail um or register mail okay um and it says send it the the the the reading says send a true bill or invoice of unauthorized use and Rental of your vehicle send it to the Repo Company like the company that the tow truck company that actually came and got your car send it to them see what happens cuz the the the reading said that if you send this to them watch how fast they bring your car back okay now I'm not listen I'm going to be honest I don't know if this going to work but there have been a couple things I've used in those readings um that that have worked for me have worked for others okay and when I heard of this cinem a true bill right because the Repo Company um the the the the repossession company uh there's something like uh something there's a like a W9 process you can ask companies for their W9 right you can tell people you know I don't I don't wish to contract with you like you you're not Contracting with the Repo Company there they're they're coming up onto your private property right to to come get that that vehicle so and and um you the the uh the repossession company is working for is the repossession company's contract with the car people they're not contract with you okay so send this to them see what happens keep me keep me posted all right now you could use this you can not use this you could write your own it doesn't matter I'm going to be honest I don't know it's going to work or not but when I saw that I said that makes a lot of sense let's see what happens um I'm not dealing with a re repossession this may help you this may not you may send it you may not hear anything you may send it they may write back it doesn't now what I would also do is send a copy to the company as well all right I would send a copy to the company I I I always send copies to to to everybody involved I will send the original to the Repo Company the towra company and I will send a copy to the company with a notice like hey that Repo Company that you hired um they're uh they're written my car unauthorized okay and you just put them on notice so that they know or or not I'm just one of those individuals that put everybody on notice okay so uh the link is in is a theory I'm not giving you any guarant I don't know but when I saw it I put something together and said hey this might help the people out there to follow me so if you're going through repo send it to the Repo Company the company told your car and let me know what happens all right if you got your car back great we might be oning something if nothing happens at least you know you made an attempt on on something that could potentially help you out okay um and then if you're also going through repo we have some things uh other programs inside we have other options inside of our program
