In addition, the Grantee shall have the right to cut down and trim, from time to time, all trees and growth which may interfere with Grantee's lines and other facilities and to cut down and trim all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous trees that may be tall enough to reach the wires in falling. Grantor shall not construct, nor permit to be constructed, any building or other structure on or adjacent to said right of way that would cause a violation of the latest standards of the National Electrical Safety Code.
