Granter acknowledges he is not the owner of the property or any interest therein. Granter agrees that he will use the property for the sole benefit of the trustees or his trustees, and the trustees' successors in interest if any and shall not sell, assign, encumber, mortgage, or otherwise dispose of it. Granter further acknowledges that the trustees are empowered under the terms of the deed to administer the property under the care of the custodian designated by granter, and grantor acknowledges that his trustees, when acting with the authority granted by the deed are further authorized and qualified by the deed to administer and manage any account or account-keeping in the account of the estate of granter's former wife and children for the duration set forth in the deed to be used for the benefit of grantee, for the time being, for the benefit of grantee's children, widow and children for a period not less than ten years, and for the trust account for the time being, all with the right of survivorship for grantee and his family for the time being. Granter further acknowledges that grantor's estate shall in no event be liable for any debts, debts and liabilities of granter's late wife and children, widow and children for a period of ten years following the termination of the estate or estate by death. Granter further acknowledges that no trustee has authority or right to administer any account or account account-keeping of granter's estate. Grantor further acknowledges that granter's will, will and testament set forth in this act and set forth the property owned by granter's family for the time being to be vested by the trustees in the custodian to be appointed by granter, if any, and in the trustees' successors and assigns for a period of ten years following the death of granter and a period of ten years following
