I agree i will comply with all laws and regulations in regard to my pet and agree to abide by all applicable regulations as determined and enforced by the state of Ohio. I understand that the adoption of (animals name) does not include the person(s) who are adopting, regardless of whether the person(s) are related to the animal, and I agree to abide by the following requirements: -no one but the adopter can know the owner(men) or even the location of said animal. —the adopter cannot know the breed or type of animal. —the animal cannot be in a cage/vehicle, and may be kept on a leash/lead when in the home -any new owner must take all proper precautions when it comes to the animal's health, safety and well-being, including the following: — the adoption does not cover loss of income, disability etc. — the adopter must first have permission from the animal's original owner to take ownership of the animal. — no one, other than the adopter, can feed, or take care of the animal. — no one can come into the animal's home without permission from the adopter. — the adopter is not responsible for any veterinarian bills related to the animal.
