A one time non-refundable payment of $155 payable by July 1 of the weanling year will make your foal paid up and eligible for the weanling, yearling and two year old futurity classes. Please note designations will still need to be made on or before August 1st of the year showing. $50.00 late fee required to accept any foal IDs after July 1 but before July 31. $300 late fee required to accept any foal IDs after July 1 but postmarked on or before September 1, $375.00 thereafter. ($50 late fee does not include $25 nomination fee) Enclosed $25.00 check payable to IPBF to nominate foal for on-going futurities (this fee doubles after July1) this fee becomes $300 after July 31st and postmarked no later than September 1st. Foals must be registered with APHA as regular or paint-bred to participate in these futurities. Please send photocopy of foal’s registration papers. Three-time qualification rule applies to all entries (see General Rules, Section III-D). Owner and exhibitor must be current members of IPHC. This is your responsibility to confirm. Please send these papers with your foal if sold. He/She remains eligible as long as all forms and fees are in order.
