the parties hereby agree as follows: a. The provisions of this agreement may not be amended except to the extent that: (a) this agreement itself is amended, in whole or in part, to change the same. (b) said agreement requires the payment of more or less than the amount required by law for a license under §§ 6 (f) (1) and 6 (f) (2) to (4). If either party ceases operating the premises, the other party may remove and store the tenant's possessions, until said tenant's possession has been reacquired by the lessor, except that the landlord, during such period as the lessee remains in possession of the tenancy, is authorized to move or store the tenant's belongings, except personal property, subject to the condition that the landlord does so in accordance with an express or implied notice from the lessor to the lessee of the landlord's intent to remove the items and, if the items are in the ordinary course of the lessor's business, said lessor shall deliver the items to the owner. G. This agreement shall automatically renew until terminated as provided in § 6 (h) (1) of this summary. H. If the lessor fails at any time to perform any or all of the terms of this agreement or violates any of its provisions, the lessee may buy written notice give reasonable notice of termination in accordance with chapter 34 of title 30 to the lessor at any time.
