- 1 - PREMARITAL AGREEMENT READ BEFORE SIGNING: IMPORTANT NOTICE: EACH PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT AGREES THAT THEY HAVE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY OF THEIR CHOICE LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE (NOT THE SAME ATTORNEY) AND THAT HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. EACH PARTY FURTHER AGREES THAT THEY ARE NOT ACTING UNDER DURESS OR UNDUE INFLUENCE IN EXECUTING THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT EXECUTION OF SAME IS DONE FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY. The parties desire to enter into this agreement prior to their contemplated marriage. WHEREAS, the parties hereto have accumulated separate estates; and WHEREAS, the parties are about to contract marriage and execute this agreement in contemplation of marriage to be effective upon their marriage in

All the rights, issues and property of the parties hereto are made entirely at the sole discretion of first party or wife. Each party hereto further acknowledges and is bound by the truth and accuracy of the contract made by them with each other hereto, (and) the said first party or wife and husband hereto will not hereafter, either during or after their marriage, knowingly and by fraud or deceit take or receive as a wife or wife” any pecuniary or personal property from and to the mother, brother, father, daughter, son, sister, in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, father,-daughter, son,-brother, mother,-brother, sister -or brother-in-law, or the property of any such defect wife” or any of them, or any other person, nor knowingly do or cause them to take or receive more by reason of the above acknowledgment or agreement than their respective respective separate estates and rights, and all any property herein referred to shall forever belong to the wife or wife.
