What is the best email hosting besides Google?
Disclaimer: we do not work at Zoho. We are Freelensia, an online platform that connects freelance interpreters and companies looking for short-term interpretation for meetings, seminars and exhibitions. Our moto is interpreters anywhere, anytime, for any language. If you are interested, please visit us at https://www.freelensia.com.We are a previous user of Google’s corporate mail and currently are using Zoho Mail. Please see the screenshot below:The interface is very much like Gmail. We had some trouble visually in the beginning because it is so overwhelming (the view seems more cluttered than Gmail). But we later appreciate very much because it is a lot more powerful. For example, you can tag people in your organization in a specific mail instead of forwarding the e-mail.A big plus is that you will be able to integrate with a entire suite of Zoho products: forms, campaigns, CRM etc. Some of these products do not exist for Google or is a lot better.A drawback of Zoho Mail is that you do not have all the cool labs of Google. Setting up signatures is a bit difficult. Canned responses do not exist. There may be some font issues if you are writing e-mails in non-alphabetic languages. The coolest thing is that their basic plan is free forever up to 15 e-mail addresses. I don't think there are many e-mail services out there that offer this level of flexibility for early startups. If you are interested, please use the link below to sign up. We will both receive 5 more free e-mail address slots from this invite. It is completely and forever free as long as you are below the limit for number of users. No trial, no credit card input, etc.EDIT: The limit is now 25 users + 5 free users from our referral linkLet me know if you have issues setting up!https://zm4.bz/7M01kkXa

How do I set up different signatures for replies and new emails in Outlook 2011 for Mac?
It's not quite as easy as in Windows Outlook. When you are composing an email, there's a "Signatures..." button which, when clicked, shows a dropdown letting you choose from the ones you created, or you can choose "Edit Signatures..." to create one.I'm sure you figured that out. The key is to not specify a "Default" signature (or rather leave the default signature as "None").Create one signature called, say "Compose" and another one called "Reply/Forward" (you may have to use another character besides "/").You'll have to manually add it yourself though each time.

How can you find out someone's name from a picture?
You can try one thing online ! In case that person is available on any social media/ networking website like linkedin, facebook or twitter and has put up a picture there are chances you might be able to find him. Here's how : 1. Visit images.google.com [ http://images.google.com/ ] or click the camera icon in the search box on any Images results page 2. Upload the file from the computer or the whatever location it is present in 3. Then click Search If visually similar images are available, then google might show the same by aggregating from all the social media websites. From the image, you can go to the social media website and find out the further details about the person. PS This is just a small suggestion that came to my mind. Hope it works :P

How do I set up a CRM system?
Ideally, when looking to implement a new CRM in your business, I would first aim to remove all ambiguity in the needs and expectations before implementing, or even before choosing a CRM provider.Practically every CRM software will provide a free trial period for new users, so use this opportunity to test what fits best for you & your business needs. So first and foremost, it’s vital to establish a clear business case, defining specific and measurable goals. These may include areas like streamlining sales and marketing or automating tasks and workflows to increase productivity.A good place to start is with an internal review to see what are your pain points & what problem(s) are you wanting to solve by implementing a CRM?What do you need from your CRM & what are your expectations? If you’re unsure, these 3 questions may help in ensuring you get the right CRM for your business; What are your pain points? What problems would you like your CRM to solve? What value do you want it to add? (monetary, time-saving, client engagement, all?)As mentioned, practically every CRM software will provide a free trial period for new users, so use this opportunity to test what fits best for you & your business needs. This is also an ideal way to boost user adoption & team buy-in. Get as many people in your team to join you on the trail as you can. Ensure that those who will be using the CRM on a daily basis are involved in the decision process. One of the major problems in implementing CRM is that many organizations assume it to be an IT project. But you’re better off asking those who’ll be using it the most to provide you with their feedback. What are the pain points for the sales team? What features do the Marketing or Customer Success team need?Do they like the UX?Is it intuitive?A CRM that can meet the majority of your business requirements, and is not a chore for your team to use, will likely mean a greater user adoption and ultimately, a better ROI.As far which CRM is best, I’d say that’s entirely dependent on you, the user’s needs, as well as the type of business you’re running or industry you’re in.Is your business B2B or B2C? Do you target specific industries or verticals? Some CRM’s are ideally suited for specific industries, so this may help in narrowing your choices, rather than spending time trying to mould the system - there may be an ideal fit already available. In terms of features & functionality for CRM’s, it’s good practice to think of or prepare a list of;Must HavesNice to Have’sa Wish ListOnce you have those defined, you can narrow the field based on UX, intuitiveness, cost etc. This will also allow you to test or check for any available integrations with your existing software(s).Answers to the above will enable you to select the best platform for you.Whichever platform you choose, it should be flexible enough to mould around your business processes & needs - not the other way around. Also worth checking, can the CRM platform you choose scale with you as your business grows or will it suddenly become much more expensive as you add users or features? Free options may be great to get started with, but may suddenly become that much more expensive as you & your business grows. If you’re looking for a cloud-based, sales automation platform that’s easy to use, I’d recommend Livespace.Livespace is a next-gen, process-focused CRM with task & sales automation, drip email capability and over 70 available integrations - ideally suited for SME’s looking to grow. Some key Features include:Contact Management, inc. tagging / grouping (both person & company)Instant Grab from LinkedIn / Gmail contacts via Chrome ExtensionSales Pipeline Management (kanban board)Multiple Sales ProcessesDrip Email AutomationEmail TrackingSales & Revenue ForecastingHistorical Data from Past Purchases (company & person profile)Team Balanced Scorecard & KPI’sMobile / Tablet App (iOS & Android)Open API / Numerous Integrations / PieSync 2-way mirroringI hope this helped! If it did, please leave an upvote so it signNowes more readers. If it didn't, feel free to leave me a comment & tell me how I could have provided more help or value.**Disclaimer** I work with Livespace CRM & would be happy to connect with you to further discuss how or where we may be of assistance.

How do I set up an email marketing service for CRM?
Well, there are some tools that you may integrate into your CRM system to “upgrade” it in a way with email marketing automation. But sometimes it is much more affordable and time-efficient to implement a CRM with built-in email marketing. One of such systems is NetHunt. It is a Gmail-based CRM for small and medium-sized businesses, which allows users to create leads from emails and close deals right in their inbox.NetHunt CRM was literally built inside Gmail, so all the features are integrated smoothly and new users don’t need any additional training to start their work with the system. For instance, NetHunt adds informative snippets, which allow users to see if the emails in their inbox are related to any of the existing clients, companies, or deals. Besides, right sidebar added inside the email lets the recipient see all the essential client data and respond fast. Moreover, NetHunt allows users to send personalized bulk email campaigns. You may easily segment your clientele to target the right audience and then send out personalized messages. And the whole process won’t take you more than 10 minutes! To track the performance of the campaign, you may use open and click rates. This way you will see if the emails achieved the desirable result and adjust the next ones, if necessary.Speaking of other features, NetHunt CRM provides a full set of them, so that the system can fit any kind of team.Full Gmail integrationG Suite apps integration (Drive, Calendar, Hangouts)Third-party apps integration through ZapierCustomizable sales pipelinesValuable insights into your sales process with a set of customizable filters and viewsFull customization of the system, including folders and fieldsDownloadable reports and statisticsUser roles and permissionsMobile apps for iOS and AndroidStunning customer supportGrab your free 14-day trial and test the system to see how it works for your team!

Can you request an Uber for a future time?
Scheduling a trip in advance in the Uber or Lyft passenger applications is easy. If you can’t find the feature “poke” around in the applications, it is a feature both companies offer and it won’t be hidden… once found there will be a step-by-step series of prompts to schedule the trip in advance. In the responses currently in this thread I saw at least one frustrated passenger experience where the passenger did not get an early-morning pre-scheduled Uber ride to the airport. As written by others in this thread, Uber does not assign a specific driver in advance, the Uber software attempts to find a driver who will arrive at the designated time/place.The Lyft driver application handles scheduled rides a little differently. As a driver I can look at Lyft’s scheduled trip requests and choose to sign up for the trip in advance. The Lyft application tells me the time/place and the approximate amount of gross income I will make for the scheduled trip which helps me determine which trips might make sense for me.This may sound like a better way to a passenger however if I don’t show up when I’m supposed to…A dear friend experienced exactly this with an early-morning scheduled Lyft trip. She was staying in Los Angles with her parents, they live on the edge of the city so the Lyft driver would have made signNow gross income transporting my friend to the airport, if he had showed up.After waiting 5–10 past the pickup time my friend called the Lyft driver at least four times with no response. Now 20 minutes after the driver was supposed to arrive at the pickup point he finally answered her call and said he was so sorry and he was having car problems. While this may have been true but it didn’t help my friend get to the airport on time to make her flight. She woke up her elderly father from a sound sleep, he put on a coat and drove my friend to the airport in his pajamas. So it seems neither Lyft or Uber’s way of scheduling trips can be completely relied upon… especially when the trip is critical to the passenger - a ride to the airport or perhaps an important meeting.I think we all have to remember Uber and Lyft are typically less expensive compared to other more reliable options.Less expensive means the driver is not earning as much income so… get what you pay for?The driver is also not an employee of Uber or Lyft, as an independent contractor the risk of “getting in trouble” for not showing up for a scheduled Lyft trip may not have the same mental effect as being concerned about losing one’s job?As a driver with over 9,000 lifetime trips and almost three years out on the road earning… I don’t mind telling you that all sides of the rideshare transportation equation can at times… let’s say put the best possible face on “the truth?”So back to this question. Perhaps a better or at least related question would be: “How can I schedule reliable transportation, in advance, for an important and time-sensitive trip?”During the five years I did a lot of business travel I often used town car services. Yes they were more expensive, but typically comparable to the cost of a taxi ride, but the town car services were reliable. My town car drivers were always professional in every way and I rode in comfort in their immaculately clean vehicles. As a driver, the Lyft scheduled trips I’ve seen typically will only result in about $10 gross income for me, and if I accept them I immediately lose the flexibility of being a rideshare driver. Now I have to plan my day around being at a specific place at a specific time so $10 is not worth it to me so I have never signed up to complete an advanced-scheduled Lyft passenger trip.I don’t want to lose the flexibility benefit, I like the idea that I can change my rideshare driving plan instantly without asking anyone if it’s ok.Back to the example of my friend’s experience, the driver would have made somewhere around $50. Let’s assume he didn’t have car trouble and instead chose at some point he would not be doing the trip, why would he make that choice? He could have been driving in the wee hours and received a trip request that took him far away from my friend’s location. When the time came to travel to pick her up he make the decision that the trip was no longer worth his time?He may have decide he would make similar income staying where he was and then there are the “deadhead” miles to think about, driving across town empty is creating expense without generating income. So scheduling an Uber or Lyft passenger trip in advance is easy using the passenger applications. Reliability of the scheduled trip will likely sometimes be an issue unless there is a substantive change in the way Uber and Lyft pay drivers ($$$) to complete scheduled trips. As passengers before we start thinking: “This is not right” we need to temper our thinking with the core reality of rideshare transportation.Uber and Lyft exist because there was a need in the marketplace and they have filled that need very well. One of the primary reasons rideshare transportation is poplar is the price.Expecting high-end features at a low-end price point might be too much to ask?Trips scheduled in advance is a good idea, however I’m betting that the terms and conditions presented to passengers when they schedule a trip in advance make very clear what will result is a best effort and no liability is accepted if the passenger’s plan to get a trip to their destination at the time they wanted to travel… does not work out as planned?~ YFor more meaningful answers to rideshare driving questions check out my Quora Profile to see what we are up to at RideshareGuide.
