My mother-in-law and I had a terrible fight. Now, she wants me to sign documents for a house and lot loan. Should I sign the pap
Thanks for the A2A. Your mother-in-law sounds like a truly unpleasant person, and not the most reliable. If her being so nasty drove you out of her house, hopefully with your husband accompanying you, then she really can’t expect any favours from you, especially such a huge one.I would say you don’t co-sign for her loan; it’s just too dangerous. You would then be liable for her defaulting (which may even be her plan), and even if she does mean to pay it back, who knows what will happen in the future? She’s clearly not a stable type, and you just can’t trust her. It sounds like you have some money of your own. If so, don’t waste it on this horrible woman. You could get a lawyer to help you in this, one that you choose without the input of your husband or his mother.Your husband should be supporting you in this, not his mother. If he makes good on his threat then you’re well rid of him, but it’s more likely that he will come to his senses and take your side unless there are already problems between you. You don’t say whether you have children. If you do, then it’s more complicated, but even so, if your husband really is taking his mother’s side against you, and given that you have money of your own, you might be better off without him and his mother. If you don’t have children, then there’s no reason to stay with him if he doesn’t change his behaviour.I hope it works out for you, with you and your husband continuing to enjoy your life together well away from her.In case the question changes, the one I answered was:“My mother-in-law and I had a terrible fight. Now, she wants me to sign documents for a house and lot loan. Should I sign the papers? She screamed at me and told me she has the right to shout at me because it’s her house. I moved out of the house after that incident. Now, she wants me to sign papers for her loan application. My husband threatened me that he will not talk to me ever if I don’t sign the papers. What should I do?”

I bought a house, but didn't sign the 'As Is' document? Now the realtor wants me to sign it. What if I don't?
The full title to an “AS-IS’ contract is actually “AS-IS WITH THE RIGHT TO INSPECT” There’s a lot of difference! What this means is that has the right to get all of their earnest money back FOR ANY REASON if they find something they don’t like about the house. There is always a time limit, usually 10 to 14 working days, which is more than sufficient time to inspect the property. For instance. Say the inspector finds that there is moisture in the wall under one of the windows. Several things can happen under this type of contract:The Buyer can ignore the finding and proceed to closing. Maybe they plan on removing that window during a remodel anyway. The Buyer can demand repair prior to closing or a reduction in the sales price. The Buyer can ask for funds to be put into the closing agents escrow account that are sufficient to cover the cost of repair. This is important when there is insufficient time to get something fixed before closing. For instance, if it’s a roof repair and all roofing companies are at least 6 months out and the Buyer needs to move in right away. The Seller can refuse to make the repair and the Buyer can then decide on whether or not to proceed to closing or get their deposit back and buy another home.“AS-IS” does not mean that the Real Estate Agent or the Seller is trying to pull a fast one, nor does it, in any way, indicate that there is a problem with the property. Instead, it is a means to be fair with all parties and make sure both the Buyer and the Seller have a legal and legitimate out in case there are hidden defects found during an inspection.BTW. In Florida, if you are dealing with a Licensed Realtor, a 5 page Sellers Disclosure form should be given to a potential Buyer prior to an offer. This is not a legal requirement, but is part of the ethics standards when you use a Realtor. The days of caveat emptor are long behind us. This disclosure covers everything that has been done to the home to the best of the Seller’s knowledge. The only problem is when the Sellers are deceased and the heirs are selling the home. In that case, they legitimately have little or no knowledge of the house. This is rare but we see it several times a year.

Are you surprised Rudy Giullani lied in saying that President Trump never signed a letter of intent to build a Trump Tower in Mo
There is nothing wrong with Donald Trump, private citizen, signing a letter of intent to build a tower in Moscow. Trump has signed lots of letters of intent and it is possible and probable he cannot remember everyone he signed. It is not illegal for an American to build a tower in a foreign country. Can you remember everything you signed and everything you said for the last ten years or so. By, the way, what did you do on December 19 in 2001? What papers did you sign on that date? What letters did you write on that date? Who did you talk to on the phone on that date? It is impossible for anyone to remember everything from their past. Hillary certainly doesn’t. When testifying she often says, “I don’t remember.” “I don’t recall.”

Did Imran Khan misunderstood 58 nations with 2 nations, i.e. Turkey and Malaysia only and now has failed miserably to produce th
Pakistani establishment ( if you can call it that) is consummate liars. Untruths come to them naturally. Remember OBL being found in their own country while they were looking for him along with Americans !! They just do not think twice before lying . So they just did that in UN too. It is just a habit. So that is what Imran did. Lie and scoot.

How can I set up a small call center to manage 200 calls daily?
The information you provide is not sufficient to start to suggest anything meaningful or actionable. For example you state 200 calls daily, is this 9-5, 9-9 or 24 hours? The per minute call volume will be drastically different affecting how many lines and staff you need. It's also not clear what exactly the call centre will do, what is the relative ratio between inbound and outbound calls? Outbound calls always take longer and also cost you money so your call centre dimensioning and service provider will be signNowly affected by this factor. There's a lot more to just having people in a call centre and picking some equipment/service provider. The approach you need to take is:Figure out what are the objectives of the call centre. What are the key success metrics?Model itEnumerate what functionality is required to achieve these objectives?Design the technical solutionList out the technical requirements and their relative priorities.Select the appropriate technologyLet's work through these things one by one:What are the objectives of the call centre? Ok so you say you need a call centre for your customers needs. What needs are these? Is it support? Is it complaints? Is it payments? Is it information? Why does this matter? Depending on what customers are doing the call patterns will be different. The time they call (working hours, late night, 9-5, 24 hours, 5 or 7 days etc), the length of the call, the level of automation/self service they will accept, etc. Depending on what kind of calls are coming in the call agents will need different skill sets and access to different systems. You have to be clear about what kind of calls the call centre will be handling to ensure you have the right systems and more importantly the right people in place. What are the key success metrics? Once you have a call centre in operation, how do you know things are effective? If you wait until you get angry emails, complaints on facebook or more likely lose customers, it's very hard to recover your reputation with these people. Obviously you want to measure the efficiency of the call centre as well but choose your metrics carefully. Some metrics can result in unintended consequences. For example a common metrics measured is minutes spent per call. The idea is to handle as many customers as possible per hour. The result you often see is that call agents don't listen to customers and fire off "cut & paste" responses which don't necessarily help the customer. The customer calls again frustrated but this actually benefits the call agent as they are now handling more calls. Another round of "cut & paste" answer and end call. Eventually you get an angry customer but hey the metrics look great!Model it. Now you know what you want the call centre to do and how you are going to measure it. You need to model the call flows and people processes so they can do what they need to do. There are no ideal processes or call flows and will depend very much on what your objectives are and what your success metrics are. The only advice I can give you is to keep things simple. If a process becomes too complicated or onerous to execute, no one will follow it. And always, always have a process in place for non-standard things even it is simply to escalate to the duty manager.Enumerate the functionality required. When you've gotten this far, you will be pretty clear about what functionality you need. It's just a matter of putting it down on paper. Functionality does not necessarily mean technical features though there is often a close correlation. An example is - the ability for the customer to request a call back if the call centre is fully engaged. This could be an automatic feature like a missed call service where they are queued for a call back automatically. Or they could be put in to a queue first and then given an IVR option to request a call back. etc... the result is the same but the technical solution can be different. Don't forget to prioritise the functionality. You will find always yourself having to compromise at some point due to costs, performance or technical capability. Design the technical solution. Now you know what your objectives are, how you're going to measure if you've signNowed them, how you will achieve them and what functionality you need. Now design your technical solutions. There will never be one ideal solution so you will need to refer back to your objectives to decide which solution will most likely deliver them.List the technical requirements. Now is the easy part. You have a solution, just write out the technical requirements so you can start to pick your equipment or service.Pick the technology. You've got your check list, now start to evaluate the different service providers and technology vendors. You will find yourself having to compromise again but your objectives defined at the start will guide you on what compromises can and cannot be made.Good luck.

How do I verify a digital signature in Aadhaar downloaded in mobile?
First you may please log on to http://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in . You will find a link “ Validate Option”. Right click on the ‘validity unknown’ icon & click on ‘Validate Signature’ option. On the signature validation status window, click on ‘Signature Properties’. Then click on ‘Show Certificate.’ Verify that there is a certification path which identifies it as the owner of the digital certificate that has been used when signing the document. Mark the certification path and click the ‘Trust’ tab and then ‘Add to Trusted Identities’. Answer OK to any security question that follows. Check(√) the field for ‘Use this certificate as a trusted root’ and click ‘OK’ twice to close this and the next window. Finally, ‘Validate Signature’ to execute the validation. Hope this helps.

My previous employer had me sign a document that I can't work with any of its client, now I have an offer from one of it's clien
Be very careful about breaking an NDA, as recommended by others you need to speak with an attorney. The consequences can be quite dire if you violate an enforceable NDA both for you and the company hiring you. I have NDA’s in place with our key personnel, I did have someone a few years ago attempt to bsignNow it and form his own company. He left a six figure job hoping to strike it rich - a year after we caught him I got a call for employment verification from a national trucking company, in rough financial situation he was moving into a totally new career field and taking up being a long haul trucker.NDA’s are not simply “business protection” company wise we’ve invested years and dollars into developing a secret sauce for a client, in return for employment (often well paying) we are allowing you access to that secret sauce in order to better service the client. If you are taking that information that you didn’t pay to develop you are in effect stealing and when the shoes on the other foot you wouldn’t like it either. You definitely need an attorney, I’ve certainly seen some NDA’s that are far too broad and simply done for the chill factor , however in general, the more limited in scope it is , and if its related to simply servicing the client that sounds pretty limited depending on the industry, the more enforceable it is. I’m not trying to keep anyone from earning just trying to keep people from earning based on our hard work of trial and error that they certainly didn’t pay for.
