I love Dropbox, but unfortunately I don't see a path forward for them without pivoting. Succeed:UberUber has almost managed to achieve a too big to fail status. They're huge. Large enterprise clients love them, their smaller customers love them and their investors love them. Plus, Travis Kalanick doesn't take no for an answer. The IPO market has been bad for the past 18-24 months, so I don't see any reason for them to rush there. They have more than enough private funding, and should they need more, they will have no problem raising it.Can go either way:SnapchatSnapchat is a great product, if you're under 20. If you're over 20, and not named Gary Vaynerchuk, you're probably still trying to figure out how to best utilize snapchat. Evan Spiegel has built an excellent platform. But the question is, how much are advertisers willing to pay for space on a platform where everything disappears. It's a unique idea that the younger generation has embraced, however, they have yet to prove their revenue model. And at the end of the day, that's the most important thing. Another thing about Snapchat is that they're beyond the point of acquisition. To summarise:If you want a free app, try Shopify’s Order Printer app. The catches: the invoices are pretty ugly and they are not sent automatically to customers.You can buy a pretty template for $29 however by adding the Order Printer Templates app. You can buy templates for invoices, packing slips, returns forms and gift receipts. And you can include a link in customer order notifications using the Order Printer Emailer app.If you want one app that does all these things and comes in 20 languages then you could try the Sufio app. For European stores, a key feature is the ability to capture business customers' VAT numbers from the registration, cart or checkout process, and then automatically make their orders tax-exempt. What are the features which make Box, DropBox, and Google Drive different from each other?
From the perspective of plans, storage, uptime etc I think no real differentiator exists among these options. Dropbox has less free storage, but it is easy to get more by referral etc. Also the paid plans are almost equivalent. And policy wise also they are same (like they'd control the content if they so wish). So, from an end user perspective, integration with other applications (both from desktop and mobile) will make the difference. With gdrive, all other google apps will support it (if not already). E.g. gmail, youtube, google+, keep, google app engine, blogger, play uploads. Also any photo taken by mobile, automatically can go to gdrive for backup. Dropbox can do the latter, also alongwith Microsoft Onedrive/skydrive they have Windows explorer integration so those drives appear as a mapped network drive to you. So if you use files as files, maybe dropbox kind of solution would be easier, but if your files are photos/videos that you want to share using other apps (email/blog...) maybe google drives is a better choice.
