How can I boost the sale on my E-commerce website?
Whether you're a new business or have been in operation for many decades, getting more e-commerce earnings will benefit your company.Unfortunately, companies undergo plateaus and declines. These things happen, but do not get discouraged. If you are having trouble coming up with new tactics to get more customers and increase revenue, I will provide you with some pointers.Your previous methods could have worked at a stage, but the exact same old strategies could grow stale. It is essential your company is continually keeping up with new trends.Consumer customs have changed, particularly in the e-commerce market. As a marketing specialist, I have examined these trends and come up with a list of tips which will actually do the job. Here are the best 11 ways to generate more sales on your e-commerce website1. Target your Present clients:When companies have difficulty growing, they instantly think it's because they do not have enough clients. That is a frequent misconception, and thus don't leap to conclusions.Rather than focusing all of your effort on client acquisition, you need to enhance your customer retention plan.Add more items to their shopping cartsCreate more revenue Every Time they visit your Website2. Display icons which show your Website is trustworthy:Nobody will want to shop in your own e-commerce website if it seems sketchy or untrustworthy.Among the primary things you have to do is make sure your site is secure.3. Use video presentations:Consumers love vidoes. In fact, over half of the advertising experts throughout the globe say that video has the best return on investment compared to other advertising tactics.Websites which have videos can get the normal user to spend 88 percent more time on their webpages.Additionally, videos do as well as advertisements. That is how the e-commerce brand Robo generated $4.7 million in earnings running video advertisements. This makes an increase in participation as well as interest in whatever you're trying to sell.Videos resonate more with people, so it's very likely that they'll remember what they watched instead of simply reading about it.4. Use photos when you include customer testimonials:User testimonials and reviews are a terrific way to demonstrate proof of concept. However, a message from a nameless and faceless person isn't really that convincing.Require your reviews one step farther.Add a photo and include the individual's full name and name (if applicable to a product).5. Recognize your clients want to shop out of their cellular devicesJust because you have an e-commerce site doesn't mean you can assume your clients are shopping only from their computers. The reality is that people use mobile phones and tablet computers to shop online.Research shows 40% of mobile users have bought something online from their apparatus.Additionally, 63% of millennials shop in their phones. These numbers can't be discounted.Make sure your site is optimized for mobile devices. If your website isn't mobile friendly, it will turn potential sales off.For those without an optimized mobile site, it could be one of the reasons you are seeing a decline in sales.Make it a top priority on your to-do list.Something else you may consider is building a mobile app.All these reasons make things simpler for the customer.Enhancing the customer experience will help you get more sales and increase your revenue.Find a way to focus on what clients want.If your website, mobile site, and cellular application can provide these advantages, you won't have a problem getting more earnings.6- Provide more discounts:It might sound easy, although not enough businesses are offering discounts to their clients. If you are concerned about your profit margins, then simply use a promotion strategy that is as old as time.Jack up the bottom cost of every solution and then place it available. It is simple.7. Showcase your top selling items:Give your customers some leadership.Show them what folks are buying the most.I like it when websites incorporate a"best seller" class on the homepage.Perhaps not everyone browsing your website will know exactly what they're searching for.If your company sells a wide assortment of different goods, it may be overwhelming, especially to get a new customer.Whenever someone stumbles upon your website, they can get drawn to products that are popular.8- Ramp up promotions to the holidays:Specific events are a time when folks are seeking to store and spend more cash than on a normal day of this year. That's why I always tell e-commerce sites to actively promote holiday sales. You've got a little window of opportunity to get huge sales during these occasions.9. FOMO (fear of missing out)You've got to make a feeling of urgency when you're selling products on your e-commerce site.Tell your customers you've got a small number of things remaining even though that's not the case.Airlines do so all the time.Four from the 6 prices on this page show a limited quantity remaining. The lowest ticket price is for $303.20, however, there is just one ticket left at this price. This strategy can find a price sensitive customer (most people) to create an impulse buying decision. It produces a fear that if they do not buy it today, they'll end up spending more money afterwards.Another way to do this is by conducting flash sales.10. Accept different payment choices:You need to give people different options to pay for the merchandise and services on your site.If you merely accept Visa and MasterCard, you're alienating lots of possible customers.Make sure you have the capability to accept debit cards in addition to credit cards.Best Buy takes 6 distinct types of credit cards on their website. They also give clients the option of paying through PayPal.The very last thing you want is a customer who wants to make a buy but can't complete it as you do not take their primary payment method.Proceed to adapt to the new tendencies too.Alternative payment options such as Apple Pay are increasing in popularity too.In case you've got a cell application, customers can easily pay for items through Apple Pay with just a couple clicks.Making the checkout procedure as simple as possible will help you get more e-commerce earnings.11. Focus on your value proposition:What does the customer see when they access your website? Is it your contact number?Your company's mission statement? Those aren't powerful.Instead, place more emphasis on value.Tell your clients what separates your merchandise from similar items on the market. Conclusion:If sales have started to slow down or becoming stagnant, it's time to think of some creative and new ways to advertise products and services on your e-commerce site.As opposed to attempting to find new clients, focus your advertising efforts in your existing customer base.Make sure your website is protected so clients feel comfortable entering their personal information in addition to their credit card numbers. If you're currently using customer testimonials, that is fantastic. But if you would like to improve those reviews, add a photograph to them also.Offering lots of promotions and advertisements during special days of the year, like the holidays, can assist you to improve sales.Create a sense of urgency to lure customers to make an impulse buy.Do not forget about cellular users. At the minimum, your website has to be optimized for mobile devices. If you would like to go the extra mile, think about developing a mobile program.Promote your top selling items.Produce a unique and actionable value proposition. These tips will help you boost sales on your site.

What is the best CRM for a startup/ business?
It all depends on your current needs and situation. So instead of recommending a single CRM software, I'd rather share my 4-point criteria in choosing the CRM that suits well with your needs:Ease-of-useEven with excellent features, a CRM will be useless if it is complicated and hard to use. Believe me, your employees won't use it. Look for the one that is easy to use and the one that you can roll out quicker.Remote accessAs a new startup, there will be situations that you must go off-site or mobile. That's the reason why it is important that you pick the CRM that can be accessed remotely. This also ensures that your data is updated all the time.Software integrationMost likely, you are already using another software or a different set of tools. In choosing a CRM, take this into consideration. You want a CRM that can integrate seamlessly with your existing technology.Multichannel customer supportWhen your CRM encounter issues, you can't only rely on your IT team. It is important that you choose a CRM provider that offers multichannel customer support. Today, phone, email, and live chat as customer service channels is a must.To ensure the success of your CRM implementation as a new startup, you would want to promote the use of your CRM every day. You would also want to make it easier for your employees by automating some CRM tasks. And one way to do this is by using a CTI like Tenfold.Tenfold is an intelligent assistant tool that integrates CRMs with phone systems. Tenfold's features are perfect for CRM implementation.Features like automatic call logging that eliminates useless clicks, click-to-dial that converts all phone numbers into clickable hyperlinks, a floating UI (screen pop) that automatically associates a CRM record with a call, and a call analytics dashboard that provides real-time and historical data. With a software like Tenfold, your employees will not only learn to use the CRM quicker, they will also be more efficient and effective in their daily tasks.

Will a website with more engagement get a top rank on Google?
SEO, as the name suggests, stands for Search Engine Optimization. For those who are familiar with the concept of SEO, backlinks are nothing new. However, the concept of backlinks is not familiar with those who have started working in the SEO domain or reading stuff about SEO on the internet. Before coming to the concept of Backlinks, we will start this blog by explaining the term 'SEO' and 'its importance. It would be easier for the readers to relate backlinks with the concept of SEO.What is SEO?SEO is the set of practices that blog owners follow to optimize their websites for search engine visibility and thus improve their rankings on search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. If you are a blogger and starting your own blog from scratch, SEO is the best practice to make your blog easily navigable, faster to load and user-friendly. The whole process of optimizing search engine visibility of your website includes specific guidelines, different stages and a diverse set of controls.Importance of SEOIf you have newly opened your blog, getting adequate traffic on your website is a strenuous job. Well, SEO can help you out in doing that.· SEO helps your website to rank in the top 5 suggestions on a Search Engine Result Page(SERPs). Visitors are more likely to click on the top 5 suggestions on any search engine and thus it helps your website to gain traffic on a periodic basis. For staying at the top of any search engine, SEO is a must.· Not only for search engines, SEO also improves the searchability and the user experience while navigating the content of your website.· SEO puts you as a frontrunner in the competition. Suppose, you and your competitor are having a blog on a similar topic, the blog that will be more SEO optimized will get higher traffic and make more money.Hence, SEO helps in the growth of your business and optimize your website to make more money online.SEO and BacklinksNow, the concept of backlinks appears in the context of SEO. Backlinks are considered one of the foundational units for good SEO. Before diving right into the importance of backlinks in SEO, we will explain what is a backlink. What are Backlinks?Backlinks or inbound links are the links that direct traffic towards your website. All the search engines provide greater importance to websites that have a fine quality of backlinks. These websites are ranked at higher positions in the search results when a search query relevant to the content of the website is applied in the search engines. Backlinks are considered to be a prime component of Google's algorithm and control the ranking of the website in the organic search results. In layman's terms, backlinks act as a tool that measures the trustworthiness, credibility, relevance, and authoritativeness of a web platform. The quality of backlinks triggers Google and other related search engine platforms to trust a website. It reinforces higher search engine rankings and better organic traffic into the website.Types of backlinks:Generally, there are two type of backlinks in SEO.:Dofollow Backlinks:When a website is linked to another website naturally without the insertion of the no-follow tag, it is considered as a dofollow backlink. Dofollow backlinks help the website to rank faster in Google since these are crawled by the Google crawlers and the Google Bots redirect the traffic to the page, the link has been assigned to. Every link given to any website is a 'do-follow' backlink.No-follow Backlinks:No-follow backlinks contain the no-follow tag and are not useful from SEO perspective. When Google bots crawl a webpage, they neglect the links without any tag and the redirection does not take place through that no-follow link. Hence they are insignNow in page ranking and SEO.Why quality of backlinks matter over quantity? But when it comes to backlinks for SEO purpose, It is important to consider the quality of the backlinks rather than focusing on the quantity of the backlinks. Sometimes, a single backlink with high quality is more effective in delivering powerful search engine results than tens and hundreds of backlinks with inferior quality.A search engine gives more importance to the content of the sites while adjudging the quality of a backlink. When inbound traffic to your site comes from an external website and that website has content relevant to your site, these inbound links are considered as appropriate ones for boosting the SEO of your website. If inbound links are detected on a website that has a content different to that of yours, those are considered irrelevant for an SEO boost. Higher the relevance of inbound links, finer is their quality. For example, if you are running a blog on fashion and received a backlink from an external website dealing with fashion accessories, then that would be more signNow for SEO rather than getting a link from a site about plumbing. As a result, the quality of the backlink solely depends on the relevance of the content in the website from which inbound links are coming.Google Penguin is highly effective in evaluating the quality of the backlinks and the methods applied by the webmasters and SEO executives of a website. Getting your website indexed on the first page of a search engine result is not an easy task. There are hundreds of deceptive techniques such as hidden links, or automatically generated pages allow the crooked webmasters to achieve the desired count of backlinks. Hence, the stringent search engine algorithms flag the malpractices of creating backlinks in an unethical way. In case you are earning backlinks from websites that are not relevant to your niche, Google identifies malicious activities and may even assume that you have bought the backlinks. In such cases, your site will not be getting the desired SEO boost and may even experience penalty from Google or permanent suspension in some cases.Importance of BacklinksSince you have already understood what are backlinks and how their quality is essential for SEO purpose, now the time has come to deep dive into explaining the importance of backlinks in SEO.· Backlinks have become an important part of SEO because when you build valuable backlinks, the ability of your website being indexed by the search spiders increases. Experts believe that a website with a higher number of backlinks gets discovered faster by the search engine bots. Hence, your pages get indexed at a faster rate in Google in comparison to others.· Search engines especially Google use search spiders to measure the relevancy of a website by keeping a count on the number of backlinks the website has created. Google considers the qualitative aspects of such websites since it believes that the web page which is linked with so many external pages must have the quality. So, once you start building quality backlinks, more organic traffic can be driven to your website.· Another major advantage of backlinks in SEO is the establishment of relevance and importance of your website. Search engines such as Google prioritize endorsement of your content by other websites. When other trust websites post links of your website on their content, a trust-building takes place. Google considers websites like yours more authoritative and credible than the others in the same category. Hence your website will be considered more relevant than other websites in the search query.By inserting quality backlinks in your content, you are trying to bring the visitors to your website. If you have newly started your website, you can't expect the visitors to come in all of a sudden. You need to point them in the right direction. Hence, backlink is the ideal tool to achieve such goals. Why you should not put irrelevant backlinks in your content?Previously webmasters used the concept of reciprocal links exchanges. When one webmaster puts a link on their site to point to the website of another webmaster, then the exchange of links used to take place. Some of the backlinks used to be completely irrelevant to the content of the website. In such cases, the search engines like Google used to disregard them and drop them off the indexing map.If you are running multiple sites on your own, be careful while interlinking them from the same IP. Exploiting the advantages of backlinks by stuffing your content with too many irrelevant backlinks will cause damage to your website. Google keeps an eye on the popularity of sites being linked to and whether the site you are linking to from your own website is trustworthy or not. In order to refrain from getting into trouble, try to link your site to the pages of a relevant site. Always avoid websites that follow blackhat SEO techniques since it is highly hazardous for your search engine visibility. Google with its leading-edge tools can detect it easily and may impose a permanent ban on your website. So, it is better to have some traffic rather than having no traffic at all.Every search engine platform like Google gives link-building opportunity to every website that has been newly indexed in the search engine. Natural links are built slowly with time and manipulating backlinks on a web page is an unethical way of boosting your search rankings. Hence, it is always recommended to use backlinks judiciously in your content.

What are the best product management tools and why? What are the most favored tools used by product managers in big product comp
This question seems to have turned into an advertisement for different SaaS packages that do something or another for product managers. As someone who is a product manager and has NOT co-founded/worked at a company that produces this software, I think I'm pretty unbiased.First, I'd decide what type of tool(s) you're looking for and then use the category to narrow it down. There are three primary categories of tools:1. Collaboration tools - These are open-ended tools that can be used for a variety of use cases beyond product management. Their main purpose is communication and organization. Twoodo and Clinked are some of the previously mentioned ones, but I've also used Trello, Basecamp, Asana, Bugzilla, Github's Issue Tracker, JIRA, etc. in the past as well.Good news about these tools is they're extremely flexible so you can put whatever process you want around them. That's also the bad news. They don't enforce process or any structure. There are a number of add-on tools that sit on top of above mentioned that will help enforce certain methodologies.(Some may be grumpy that I lumped issue trackers in with collaboration tools. To me, they all do the same thing. You can track issues in Basecamp and Asana too which are primarily thought of as project management/task management tools.)2. Sprint management tools - These tools are more engineering-focused, but plenty of product folks use them too. These tools manage iceboxes, backlogs, and sprints.Personally, I find these tools a bit too constraining for product given that they're very constrained in the processes they implement. A popular example is Pivotal Tracker, but there are others.3. Product management tools - Most of these seem to have crept up recently. They attempt to provide a tool that 'manages' the product function. The issue here is the same as the sprint tools in that the sprint tools are designed for engineers, not product managers. The product role varies from company to company and even department to department. So, if they wanted to fit a wide range of product functions by offering flexibility, you start to look like toolsets from #1, but if the tool enforces a methodology, then it imposes methodology that you might not accept.

What are some of the best online marketing tools?
Hi,In my opinion, there is no “solo” best marketing tool. You need to combine some of them to get the best results.I suggest combining those 3Brand24 - for social media monitoring and analyzesPipedrive - for managing the customer realtionshipMailchimp - for email marketingBrand24 - is efficient and easy to use tool for media monitoring. It gains mentions from all over the Internet and sends you real-time notifications. All results you can see in the dashboard which allows you to react and engage. Also, it gives you analyses of sentiment, social media signNow, interactions, influence, and more. Brand24 is useful for marketing and PR purposes, building and engaging online communities, leading and analyzing online campaigns, managing online reputation, and getting leads. And this is the first step to generate more leads. But managing them is a whole different story,WHY ?Because no one has flawless memory to remember all relations with clients. And here it comes CRM, this is a tool which helps salespeople maintain good relations with clients and manage data related to that stuff. In our startup we use PipedrivePipedrive - This is the simplest and most understandable CRM I've ever worked with. It's cheap, very flexible, easy to customize and easy to deploy in any company and for any user. It can be integrated with a lot of apps and tools also to Google Apps and Google Drive and Zapier. This CRM keeps me up to date with my workflow and activities with all of my clients. It has a great app for Android and IOS so when I'm on the go I can be informed about all my plans and things from "TO DO" listSooo…When you have your Customer Relationships under control you need to inform clients about the major thing. And here it comes Mailchimp, this tool can be useful not only with advertising but also to lead generation process.MailChimp - Is probably the most effective email marketing tool to start off with, particularly due to its ease of use and free service for up to 2,000 subscribers, and it can be integrated with Pipedrive. It lets you send not only emails but also newsletters and various reminders. The solution also offers emails reports and shows who opened your messages or clicked on the attached links. When it comes to informing all clients about any changes, its the best way to do it, in my opinion of course. I use it with G-mailBut if you integrate your email marketing tool with your sales CRM …Think about the powerful automation you could use to save salespeople hours of manual tagging and analysis.Instead of trawling through your email marketing reports and engagement statistics – you can set up automated triggers to notify a specific salesperson every time a given contact opens a newsletter, clicks on a link, download an e-book, or registers for a webinar.Pipechimp’s integration between Pipedrive and Mailchimp makes this all possible.I want to show you exactly how one of the Pipedrive users went from managing a complex sales process with a collection of manually updated Excel spreadsheets to automating a simple lead qualification sequence with Pipechimp to save her team hours of time each week – and more importantly – to increase sales revenue signNowly within just a few months of implementing the Pipedrive CRM.How The Vanajanlinna Group Went From Manually Updating Spreadsheets to Automated SimplicityIn late 2017, Hotel Vanajanlinna implemented a sales development project that paid itself back in just a couple of months. In the project, best practices in sales and leadership were brought into a seamless ensemble, making use of new digital platform economy tools. The Vanajanlinna Group offers memorable travel experiences in Finland, known for their award-winning organization of conferences, parties and other events. The Finnish estate was built in the early 1920’s as a private hunting estate, before Vanajanlinna started operating as a congress hotel in 1998. The historical property is also home to Finland’s only European Tour golf course. These unique attributes are a signNow advantage for Vanajanlinna – but the team faces the difficult challenge of communicating the property’s features to travelers, golfers and event organizers who are not at all familiar with the brand or the property. The majority of Hotel Vanajanlinna’s sales are B2B. The brand’s strong online presence and search performance draws in interest in the hotel’s services, and the website is used to generate email subscribers for those interested in more information.Vanajanlinna’s most effective sales practice is simple, but manual: a team member contacts clients to identify upcoming event-planning needs.Hotel Vanajanlinna’s sales are different than most B2B deals. The group sells events months in advance. This makes sales forecasting particularly complex.Sales are forecasted and managed in two dimensions of time:On the level of day-to-day workOn the level of the events’ dates. The Vanajanlinna Group also has multiple sites- adding to the complexity of sales tracking, forecasting and reporting. The group’s sites are Vanajanlinna, Linna Golf, Mukkula Manor, Metsänvartija Estate and Levi Spirit Luxury Villas – and each site is targeting a slightly different audience, requiring a differentiated sales approach.Sales for each property are monitored individually and up until late 2017, sales were monitored and reported on with salesperson-specific Excel worksheets. This manual, complicated aspect of the sales process became a time-sucking chore for the Vanajanlinna team. Anna Räntilä, Supervisor of the Sales Team, explains:“Delivering reporting on completed sales and forecasts to the executive board with personal Excel sheets required several hours of work every week.”Anna knew there had to be a better way. Those several hours spent updating Excel sheets should have been dedicated to progressing leads, having sales conversations and finalizing event and conference bookings. The 3 Sales Process Improvements Anna’s Team Needed1. Structured, automated sales processVanajanlinna wanted to develop a more structured sales process with more effective staged communications with clients. This would allow Anna to keep the sales process consistent across all of the various websites and product offerings, with more regular contact between leads and salespeople. But without some level of automation, managing this level of communication among each contact across various properties would become a full-time job in itself. Anna needed to find technological support to streamline this process.2. Using email engagement as a lead qualification triggerAnother goal was to make better use of the email newsletter program (already a signNow driver of leads, but one that could be leveraged much more). The team were struggling to understand which client contacts to signNow out to and begin sales conversations. Anna wanted to use interest in Vanajanlinna newsletters as a trigger for that initial client contact. Those subscribers engaging with the newsletters were more likely to book an event with the group. Anna wanted to find a simple way to make sure those subscribers with higher engagement levels would rise to the top of each individual property sales contact list.3. Simple tracking and reportingThe third goal was to save time by automating the manual process used by sales management to make tracking and reporting real-time.Anna wanted to have performance information visible at all times without the need for manual work. How to Simplify a Time-Consuming Manual Sales ProcessAnna knew Vanajanlinna’s existing sales system needed upgrading. Excel spreadsheets simply weren’t good enough to support the team’s operations.A more advanced, sales-specific CRM system was needed to solve the team’s problems, simplify the lead qualification process and automate the manual aspects of the existing system.Anna was searching for a simple CRM system to keep all information available for all salespeople across all properties to help guide day-to-day work. Anna also wanted a cost effective option as Vanajanlinna wasn’t operating with an enterprise-level budget. Just as important to Anna – the new CRM had to be easy to learn and operate. The team had to be able to hit the ground running to start generating immediate results.First up: due diligence.Anna wanted to survey a collection of the most relevant applications and CRM suppliers available.Anna noticed a pattern starting to emerge. Most options seemed either exceedingly costly or complicated (and sometimes both):“When we were interviewing suppliers, looking over specs lists and checking price tags it felt like we were in the market for a rocket to the moon. That’s not what we need – we need something that will make our day-to-day work smoother and guide us in concrete decision-making.”Late in her search, Ann came across Pipedrive and after some initial research, she felt like she had found an option focused on her team’s needs:“I was immediately drawn to its (Pipedrive’s) clarity and accessibility, but we were left wondering how those two time dimensions and separate reporting for our multiple sites could be possible. Then we found a specialist Finnish consultancy, Let’s do !T. Their Pipedrive expert seemed to understand what we needed right away and was able to show us how we could get all of that done with Pipedrive quickly and easily.”The Pipedrive features enables a new simplified sales process1. The CRMSimplicity is so important for a fast-growing sales team with a collection of different products and target audiences. The visual drag and drop sales pipeline interface of the Pipedrive platform was a signNow factor in Anna’s decision to trial this option. In Pipedrive, all items requiring action are clearly visible in a single glance and sales guidance based on activities helps teams focus on the process rather than worrying constantly about outcomes and neglecting critical tasks.Anna explains that her quest for a system with continuity and prioritization of work are at the core of Pipedrive.“You can get started right away with Pipedrive and you don’t have to start your day wondering what needs to be done. All conversations with clients and emails, as well as internal comments are easily accessible in one place. This way we have more time for actual sales work instead of spending time scraping information together and trying to remember things,”2. Stronger selling with newsletter email communicationsAnna wanted to find a way to combine her CRM with Mailchimp to help automate the process of qualifying leads based on email newsletter engagement.Pipechimp was the perfect solution!Pipechimp is available on the Pipedrive Marketplace and combines Pipedrive and MailChimp into one intelligent machine.Anna could finally find a simple way to banish her Excel spreadsheets and instead – conveniently trigger notifications for her sales team within Pipedrive to contact a given subscriber or client based on behavior acknowledged from within a Mailchimp email.Pipedrive’s Pipechimp integration uploads the interested leads from the newsletters automatically as sales leads in each managing salesperson’s sales channel.“This way we can contact people who are interested in our services right now.”3. Real-time management and reportingAnna’s request of site-specific and real-time measurement in two time dimensions was implemented with a few additional Pipedrive fields. A supporting dashboard service looks for the data to present directly in Pipedrive and presents it in a clear graphical format. The simple, visual metrics travel with Anna and are viewable on her Pipedrive smart phone app, so she can always monitor and advise her team on performance.Pekka Poukkula of Let’s do IT !, who led the implementation at Hotel Vanajanlinna, says:“Technically one of Pipedrive’s best features is how easy it is to modify, as well as its API interfaces, which allow it to be connected to any system. In this sense we can flexibly build a suitable ensemble for any company’s needs, with no need for data input or searching on a number of different systems. Costs and schedules are kept in check and moderate this way, too.”How Pipechimp Allows You to Sync Pipedrive and MailchimpPipechimp copies your contacts to MailchimpPipechimp monitors changes in your Pipedrive and synchronizes the data to MailChimpSend and segment your newsletters from MailChimpPipechimp monitors contacts’ activities in MailChimpPipechimp creates notes form activities to Pipedrive (optional)Pipechimp creates deals from contacts’ clicks (optional)Using Pipechimp Can Help You Drive More Sales Straight AwayAnna Räntilä is pretty pleased with the updates she has made to the Vanajanlinna sales process.“The goals we set for the project were met and went above and beyond our expectations. Which is the best platform to build a chatbot which does not need to to be logged in through Facebook?
While there are many platforms that do not require you to Sign-up/Log-in using Facebook, the question that which one of them is the best is very subjective, based on each person’s requirements and what parameters you are judging it on. A feature that might be the key for some may not be as important to others. For example, linking to Facebook won’t be an issue for many of those who build Chatbots for Messenger, because you would ultimately have to give permission to the Platform to link it with your Page. If you are Coding the Bot on your own for deploying on Messenger, you need to have a Facebook App (‘Creating’ which is not much of an issue w.r.t. to time or hassle, but getting it ‘Approved’ by Facebook takes time). Whereas with a Builder Platform, their App is already approved, saving you time and hassle. So I am just going to list out some popular Free Bot builder platforms with the Signup methods required for them, you can read further beyond the list for Pros & Cons of each to decide what suits your requirements the best-SurveyBot - E-Mail, FacebookGupshup - GitHub, FacebookChatfuel - FacebookManyChat - FacebookFlow Xo - E-mail, Facebook, Google Account, LinkedinMotion AI - Acquired by HubSpot recently, no signups allowed for now till integration of both. HubSpot allows E-mail login for HubSpot platform, so we can probably expect the same for Motion .ai in future when it goes live again.OctaneAI .com - Work E-mailParlo IO - Company E-mailItsAlive IO - E-mailLeadFlip AI- E-MailBotsify - E-Mail, FacebookDialogFlow - Google accountChatterOn - E-Mail, Google Account, Facebook, GithubMorph AI - Work E-MailSequel (OnSequel .com) - EMailPlease Read further only if you want to know about each of the above mentioned platform’s brief overview, Pros & Cons.Note: The following reviews were originally created by Mr. Balint Pataki, Founder at Chatbot Tutorial, in May, 2017. There might be some changes as regards to features due to Platform Updates.1) SurveybotAs its name suggests the Surveybot has a clear focus on surveys. To the degree that it even allows you to not use your own Facebook page as the bot host. You can easily sign up with your FB account and also connect or create your FB page just by a button click. Actually, creating and connecting is not solved the best way. No biggie had to start the survey from zero after synchronizing my pages. Some useful (survey) functions:-if someone revisits, you can let them start the survey where they left off-you can make the survey anonymous (could still look data in Facebook Page I guess)- email notification after a completion-multiple answer possibilities (with checkboxes in webviews)You can choose the type of question you’d like to use.Positive:Makes creating surveys very easyOffers great ways to collect and analyze dataEasy implementation for creating posts or Messenger CodeNegative:Practically only good for surveysOnly branded versionExample: their own bot, SurveybotOverall, was a great experience using it, they offer a free branded solution as of now, looking to grow and integrate with CRM solutions.2) GupshupGupshup is a bot building platform that allows you to build your chatbot at a central place but publish it to different platforms. One can easily sign up with a Facebook or Github account and create the first bot fairly quickly. In order to deploy the bot for platforms outside of Messenger, such as Google Now or Gmail, you cannot use the code-free bot building methods, unfortunately. Also, some of the functions are not available with the flow builder. This is how GupShup lets you craft the conversation.Positive:premade bot templates for businessesopportunity to use interbot for ‘microbot’ integrationNegative:No keyword function with the Flow builderNo broadcasting functionalityExample: Hi Poncho (was featured on F8 last year). They are a bit ambiguous about their pricing, seems like small users can use the platform for free.3) ChatfuelChatfuel is one of the biggest Messenger bot building platforms out there. It was mentioned during the F8 as well. It’s not a coincidence, they have an aggressive growth strategy with no brand removal option. Also, they started out on Telegram already and have collected a huge amount of experience since then. Great options for building a Messenger or Telegram bot. The Russian team is actively listening to the user’s feedback and works on improvements.Positive:Integration options such as Zapier or webhookFast updates to Messenger changesGreat amount of functions overallNegative:No way to remove branding in the Free Plan (for many it’s a deal breaker)Can be a bit complex to overview the whole interaction flowExample: Techcrunch’s bot that delivers news from RSS feed in your Messenger. The free plan comes with a mandatory ‘Create a Bot on Chatfuel’ branding. You can get rid of it by upgrading to PRO account and you’ll also have access to the ‘People’ tab. Prices start at $30/month.4) ManyChatIt is also a very big Messenger bot builder. Similarly to Chatfuel it has its early experiences with Telegram and was prepared to the Messenger platform opening last year. It’s especially popular among marketers for its easy usage and segmentation functions. The support is so-so, takes a while to answer. One of the most popular functions of ManyChat is that it lets you send sequences and provides you valuable information.Positive:Growth tools – they help you to get people into your Messenger funnelLive chat directly from ManyChatYou can see the Click-through-Rate (CTR) on the buttonsNegative:No real integrations (just some RSS)Hard to have an overview (They have a great flow builder though)ManyChat is a great option for simple chatbots, the free version has unlimited users supply, but with ManyChat brand. If you want to get some of their growth tools and get rid of branding, pricing starts from $10 according to the subscribers.5) Flow XoAs its name suggests flows play a big part of this chatbot builder. The focus as a key part of chatbot design is keeping the user’s flow smooth and frictionless.Without coding and massive interactions, only simple chatbots can be created. Therefore they usually have a clear task to do. Such as booking the room. The designer has to look at the whole interaction, not separated units. One nice thing Flow Xo offers is the implementation of other platforms. The use of this chatbot builder can get quite technical fairly quickly, you should be able to think in terms of attributes.Flow Xo’s visual flow builderPositive:5 platforms to deploy your bot toGreat implementation opportunities such as Google Drive, Trello or GmailVisual builder makes it easy to see the FlowNegative:The flow system brings limitation to the designFor broadcasting you need a webhook or some other trigger, limited data providedThe free plan allows 5 bots and 500 interactions. Standard price starts at $19/month.6) Motion AI (Acquired by Hubspot)Motion AI is a bot builder platform where a team with different skill sets can work nicely together. The visual builder helps designers put up a nice flow for the bot. While modules such as Node.js enables developers to make more advanced stuff. Motion AI has probably the best visual builder out there.Similarly to Flow Xo, Motion AI can also get quite technical, but one is able to build a chatbot without any programming knowledge for sure.Motion AI helps you visualize the user’s journeyPositive:Support for more platform such as SMS or WebBot Store – one can share templates, so no need to start from scratchActive Community and help from staff (in a Slack Channel)Negative:Interface needs quite a bit of time to learnBrand removal only from Medium ($50/months) planThe free version lets you build 2 chatbots, with a limit of 1000 messages.7) Octane AIThey opened their doors on 1st March 2017.You could say that is pretty late, and they have less experience, but I wouldn’t necessarily say that. One of the Co-Founders is Matt Schlicht who created Chatbots Magazine and the biggest chatbot group on Facebook.A feature I really like allows you to see the statistics in the editor itself for every conversation you make.Octane AI shows you how many people saw the conversation and how many users read themPositive:Great built-in statisticsImproving very dynamicallySome great features such as Forms and CampaignsNegative:All the flows show up automatically after your welcome messageHard to have an overview/edit some partsExample: 50 cent botThere is no information about the pricing, so I suppose the free plan is unlimited as of now (intense growth stage).8) Parlo IOParlo IO is targeted at enterprise level. There is a lack of broadcasting in the free version. One can see that they are after bigger clients, agencies, as the middle package costs $400 per months. If someone is a heavy user, however, their integration and feature list looks really promising.Parlo’s visual builder to create chatbotsPositive:Great overview function for the flow (tree view)Good supportNegative:Strong limits on free plan (e.g- no broadcasting)Hard to save, no testing opportunityThe free plan allows you to send 2500 messages a month, packages start from $400/month with more features.9) ItsAliveYou can choose different triggers for certain actions in ItsAlivePositive:Lets you nicely categorize the different recipesBroadcast schedulingNegative:No proper failure message when you set up something incorrectly and expecting it to workHard to have an overview and to connect recipesExample: Web Summit BotItsAlive does not mention paid option on their page. I suppose priced options will come later on.10) LeadflipAs its name already suggests, LeadFlip is focused on leads. Mainly in the Insurance and Finance sectors. After a nice onboarding, you can choose from 2 templates, Blank or Health insurance. Having 42 standard blocks to the health template is more than one expected, to be honest. Maybe that is a reason the finance template is still not in place though.Leadflip did not spare with the blocks when creating their templatePositive:Great Builder overviewWebsite as platformEasy data savingNegative:No way to add rich media like imagesNo broadcastingThey have a lead-based pricing model, 50 leads per month are free, prices start from 50/month11) BotsifyAs you can see on their feature list, they didn’t start yesterday. They also offer website integration for paid users. One of the things I’m most excited about is not deployed yet. Integrations with eCommerce stores such as Shopify or Woocommerce.Botsify lets you match entities or user phrases.Positive:Overall great functionsPowerful language learning abilityNegative:No gallery optionNo segmentation for message schedulingThe free plan includes 1 chatbot up to 100 unique users. Prices start at $10/month with website integration.12) Dialogflow (formerly Api.ai)Probably not the platform that you would consider for non-techies. However, you can manage to build a chatbot on Dialogflow without any line of code. Does it have an easy way to deploy as the others before? –No, but everyone who can read and copy paste some lines can do it.Google’s last year acquisition is probably the most popular NLP (Natural Language Processing) platform out there. Actually, you can connect it with other platforms already mentioned here only for it’s NLP function.DialogFlow’s language learning toolPositive:Very powerful language understanding trainerMany platforms to deploy to – like Google Home, Skype or TwitterGreat integration opportunitiesNegative:No broadcastingLimited usage without coding or integrating with other softwareDialogflow is free to use.13) ChatteronThis platform is still in beta, but I think it has been open for quite a while. Anyways, a good visual builder makes it easier to have an overview on the bot. Chatteron offers a nice integration to monetize the bot via Radbots.Positive:Funny looking but great visual builderMonetization integrationNegative:No broadcastingNo built-in testing interfaceThe free version has a limit of 15 000 messages/month, the business plan costs $0.001/message.14) Morph AIMorph AI is a great platform to build a Messenger or a website chatbot. It comes with built-in small talk and overall a very good tool to have a great natural understanding for your bot.The platform makes it easy to give the interaction over to a human and answer to the questions that surpassed the bots understanding capability.Morph AI creates this from the words that the bot uses. Just a fun addition.Positive:Advanced training and understanding modulesWebsite integration possibilityAdvanced features like polls or formsNegative:It can be hard to connect and overview the flowLimited targeting for broadcastingFree plan is up to 1000 Messages a month, packages start at $49/month15) SequelWith SequelWithin the bots, you can create different units – so-called episodes – that come with a nice visual builder. That way you can easily separate (but also connect) different flows inside of one chatbot.Positive:Opportunity to connect to many platforms such as Kik or SkypeGreat visual builder that lets you have a better overview of the user’s journeyUseful features such as built-in poll or emoji supportNegative:Broadcasting function is a bit hard to manage, segmentCouldn’t find how to set up persistent menuOnSequel is a free platform, no information on pricing on the website.I hope this helps you decide what is best for you.
