How do businesses use electronic signatures?
There are a number of ways in which electronic signatures can be used in a business. The main purpose of using electronic signatures is to eliminate paperwork. Every task or process taking place in an organisation involves huge amount of paperwork. This colossal task can be made easier by making use of e-signatures in the business processeses. The time wasted on handling all the paperwork, can be spent on indulging into more productive activities, which may be beneficial for the business. Thus, increasing productivity. Also, the money that a business spends on faxing, couriers, print, ink, etc. may seem negligible at the time, but in the long run, they may seem to be large. By making use of electronic or digital signatures, not only are these costs just reduced, but a number of them are eliminated altogether. Therefore, using e-signatures not only saves time and money, but also increases workplace efficiency in an organisation.E-signatures can help you with processes which can seem tiring and monotonous to do, such as filing taxes returns. Other processes can also be made convenient and efficient by implementing e-sginatures into your business. A large number of organisations engaged in the pharmaceutical, financial, and life science industries have started to make use of electronic signatures to facilitate their everyday processes. Completion of documents that earlier took days, can now be completed within minutes, within the click of a button. Completed documents tend to please your clients, and it helps in retaining them and building lifetime value. Furthermore, the businesses making use of electronic signatures are less prone to human error, as the probability of committing errors is reduced by a whopping 75 percent, as compared to those businesses, which are not making use of them. Also, in the case of the traditional wet ink paper signatures, anyone can get their hands on your documents. Whereas, in the case of digital signatures, that is not the case. Your documents are fully protected, and only authorised individuals have an access to it.A number of industries have documents which are time-sensitive and need to be completed urgently. With the help of e-signatures, instead of taking days, the whole process can be completed much faster, in a matter of minutes.A number of smart document solution companies, including MSB Docs, offer these services.

How can we implement IoT in an electronics project?
Look at WiFi, GSM, LoRA, and other chipsets. There are a variety of shields, hats, and other add-ons for Arduino and Raspberry Pi class boards. There are also integrated components such as the ESP-8266 combining an Arduino-compatible controller, a WiFi chipset, and an antenna in a single small board suitable for breadboarding or mounting on a PCB. These can be used standalone or in conjunction with other circuits (for example, sensors, servos, actuators, displays, … pretty much anything that can be create or accept digital or analog signals compatible with the selected device).BTW, if you provided details on the "electronics project” and what IOT capabilities were required, a more specific response could be made.

I have an awesome app/website idea which may get more than a billion users. But I don't have required money and coding skills. I
I guess you are struggling with two problems. First, you have a ‘brilliant’ idea in your head but you are concerned about how to protect it. Evidently you are very much proud of your ‘idea’ but you don’t trust the world as they might ‘rob’ it. Second, you have no knowledge of coding and that is deterring you from stepping ahead. You are also reluctant to hire a coder due to the previous reason. Now, before I answer your first question I want to tell you a quote I heard somewhere, maybe in a movie: “There is never a masterpiece idea, there is always a masterpiece way of executing it”. Ideas in itself have got no value, it’s what you make out of it that counts. So trust me when I say this; there are graveyards of good ideas in this world but at the end of the day there are only few who have the potential and will to protect their idea and transform it into reality. You might be feeding a million dollar idea in your head right now, while reading this answer, which will bring some kind of revolution in something but the question is do you have what it takes to lead the revolution. Some other guy who also has a different idea, but not as powerful as yours, but if he has what it takes then he is the winner hands down. Take for instance there are thousands of people in this country who like to believe that COD(Cash On Delivery) facility was initiated by Flipkart, but the fact is that it existed even before Flipkart was born. The now defunct indiaplaza.com used to offer COD back in 2001 when it used to be called fabmart.com. Infact India Post has been offering COD since ages by the name of VPP(Value Payable Post). Flipkart introduced it only in 2010, nearly three years after its inception in 2007 and today COD has become almost synonymous with Flipkart. Same goes for Dropbox, a globally recognized entity today. Now, do you think that Dropbox was the only one of its kind at the time of its launch? No, there were plenty of them apart from the once popular Omnibox, but only Dropbox was able to create a mark as we know it today. So take my advice if I have sounded reasonable to you so far. Don’t worry about security of your idea; that is the easiest part. Instead start working on it, take as much time as it takes and kick ass. However, in order to calm your insecurity, this is what you can do- divide your project into parts, just like they do in big companies. Whenever a company in the likes of say the global giant accenture gets any project like developing then what do they do? They segment the project into modules and then distribute it among different teams or individual developers. Every developer or team is accountable for development and test of its own module such that nobody particular holds control or dominance over the entire project. In the end everything is integrated to get the final product. So, divide your project into parts and hire different developers to design each part and if you have only developer then ask him to design each module at a time. Apart from the fact that it will protect your idea it will also be a good learning experience and acquaint you various aspect that you might have had ignored before. I will now shift to the other question. Although I know that both are inter-related from your perspective but I wanted to address it exclusively with an anecdote which I am very fond of and which is highly relevant to this question. There was kid named Ma Yun born in 1964 in the communist China in a not so affluent family, at a time when China was dominated by communist campaigns led by Mao Zedong. His granddad on the other hand worked as a local official for a Nationalist Party; Mao’s principle opposition whom he brought down and persecuted everyone associated with it. The kid’s granddad was persecuted too adding misery to the lives of his family including him. The kid further had a rough childhood courtesy his abusive father. Later in 1976 when president Nixon visited China after Mao’s death his hometown in Hanzhou province of China started bustling with tourists. So everyday he used to wake up at 5 in the morning and bicycle to the main hotel in the town and offer free guide service to the tourists in exchange of English lessons. While growing up he realized that only education can get him through in life so he started applying for colleges in the city but could clear the entrance examinations only in the third attempt. Eventually he finished his graduation from not-so-good college and applied for job in hotel, city police and KFC but was rejected everywhere and ended up becoming an English teacher in a local college. After about five years he got the opportunity to visit USA as an English translator where he had his first confrontation with internet. There he searched for the word ‘beer’ but then found out that there was no Chinese beer in the search results. He sensed an opportunity there and upon returning to China he created a listing site for export grade products in China and later sold it to the government. By that time he had already tried his hand in couple more things in vain. He then returned to his hometown and created a B2B online platform, after sourcing fund from his dozen of friends, and named it Alibaba. Less than two decades later Alibaba went to raise largest IPO in USA history. The company raked in $25 billion dollars surpassing the record of Agricultural bank of China Ltd which had raised $22.1 in 2010. Few months later he was attending a conference where he was questioned about his coding skills, given the fact that he runs one of the most valuable tech companies of the world, to which he nonchalantly responded-“I know nothing about technology”. He later added that the best he knows is sending and receiving emails. Ma Yun known to the world as Jack Ma is today the richest man of communist China. If you scour the internet then you will find that history and present is filled with plenty of such examples that you can find motivation in whatever field you choose. Infact we have a story at Zepo too. If anyone has any idea of Zepo then he would know that Zepo is purely a tech company but as a matter of fact its founder Nitin is a commerce graduate with absolutely zero knowledge of coding or anything related per se. But yet Zepo today stands as one of the largest players in its domain.

How can I implement my projects/ideas in electronics and computers?
The first thing you should do is, whenever you have an idea, develop a logic and draw a block diagram accordingly. This diagram in most cases would have either hardware components or software, based on how big your idea is. If you have an idea where a small product can be made out of it, then in this case, your block diagram might have blocks containing software as well as hardware. Now how do you decide whether a function should be in hw or in sw? For this, if you have to do decision making functions or some calculations, then you can put in software part which would do the operation as per your need. Always try to keep hw as minimum as possible. So this might include just a power supply circuit and signal conditioning circuit in some cases. In some cases you might need to use small readily available modules that can be directly interfaced to the micro-controller.This was the overview. As you say that you get blank, so lets get your basics of electronics strong.Start with simple things. First try to design a power supply for which you need to see the basic circuit on the internet. You will even find the calculation steps for every stage of the power supply. Based on this you can decide the value of transformer, filter capacitor, regulator and any other minor components used. Once you get this done on the paper, there are different softwares available like multisim, proteus, LTspice etc in which you can draw your circuit and simulate. You can see the results at each and every node which you can compare with the result that you expected after calculation on the paper. How do you choose the components? There are variety of components available which can perform the same task for you. At initial stages, use the simple ones where you won't have to dig deep into just getting it started. Go on google and search as which component can give you intended output and select that in your design. Once you know few components and their series, then you can directly choose in the software.Once you are through with simulation, you can either go for PCB designing in softwares like Altium, Eagle, Orcad etc. In these softwares you can decide the size of the PCB that you want to have, the position of components, you can even chose the component of your choice, whether SMD(Surface Mount Device) or through-hole. But this step I would suggest you take up at later stages when you have confidence in circuit design and simulations. Till that time you can use ready made boards that are available. Now once you are confident with the basic circuits, you can go for complex circuits and simultaneously start seeing into micro-controller thing. For micro-controller, start with the basic one - 8051(IC AT89C51). I would suggest you to use book on 8051 by Mazidi, it is excellent book on learning 8051 and understanding what the controller is all about.Try programming simple things like arithmetic operations on 2 numbers, then blinking LED connected to port pins. After that you can try giving the external input to a pin through switch and then doing some simple operation based on whether switch is closed or open. Slowly then you can move to interfacing of LCD and other peripherals. This should give you enough understanding about micro-controllers and you should be able to use any high-end micro-controllers.For programming 8051 you can use Keil software and then Flash programmer to program the IC. For this also you can get ready made kits where you can just plug it in and start programming. Now that you are confident with the hw and sw part individually, you can start combining things. Get an output from your hardware, give it to the micro-controller for processing and there you are with your new product ready.
