I wrote the php version so I could show it to my fellow engineers and have a quick demonstration of wrote a python script to create a pdf for electronic signature. The python script reads a few variables that tell it what information to read. For example, the variables read in the python script are:You don't need all these parameters, but I chose them just in case. I also have included a script to convert it to csv.
