with say sign you can easily send an electronic signature package to one or multiple signers after the completion of a meeting all recipients must sign within seven days if all signatures have not been obtained within seven days the e-signature package will expire and the case manager will need to create a new e-signature package to be sent out after the completion of the meeting and all forms have been updated select the forms that should be included with the e-signature package and click the generate e-signature package button a validation will run to ensure that the user has an email address in their safe profile no other users are actively editing forms no unaffirmed amendments exist and the student does not contain any calpads errors if you pass validation you will receive the success message and click the continue button the e-signature package module is where you will enter in all recipient information for anyone who is required to sign the document enter the signer's full name their title or relationship to the student their email address and their cell phone number then click the save signer icon enter the password for the signers to access and sign the document the password will be sent to the signers via text message to the cell phone number that was entered if a cell phone number was not entered then the password would need to be shared directly with the signer check the box to acknowledge that all signer information and form selected are correct then click this send e-signature package button you will receive a confirmation that the esignature package is processing and that the email and text message notification will be delivered to the signers within the next 15 minutes to follow up on the electronic signature package go to your home page and in the follow-up section click on electronic signatures this will display the overall status of the electronic signature package to view individual signer details click on the view signature details icon this will show the individual status of each signer you can enter any comments as needed and click the save comment button once all signatures have been obtained the status will change to completed click the view iep icon to be directed to the student's future iep click the view e-sign document button to review the signed copy of the electronic signature package that was sent if no changes need to be made then you can click the affirm button to continue with the affirm process if changes need to be made to the document you can void the e-signature package which will void all signatures by entering a void reason and clicking the void button then once all updates are made to the forms a new e-signature package can be generated and sent to continue with the affirm process click the affirm button once affirmed the signed electronic signature package will automatically be attached to the student's current iep
