Step 1 - Sign up for a developer account: The application takes 1-2 business days to process.
Step 2 - Get a developer certificate:
Sign up for an SSL certificate and choose the "I'm a developer". Fill in the fields and click continue.
Step 3 - Create an OpenSSL key:
