Step 6: If you see a PDF document with an "x-signature" (a small square) at the top right corner, then that means the signature you just entered appears in this format. If this square does not appear at the top right corner, then your electronic signature is not valid.
Step 7: If your signed pdf document still does not appear correctly with an X-signature in front or below it, then go to step 2 of the instructions above.
