application developer look at all these and what I like about a lot of these are softer keywords they're not hard to put programming and then we're gonna put on our own because we want Java so we're gonna put in Java by them and now we got what we want right okay so let's see I think let's go ahead and put a city and state in because I got a feeling if we down we're gonna be looking good put Alabama so that looks pretty good we got some extra parameters down here which I didn't say before we could do education we can do industry can do employer you can do other keywords first name last name if you looking for someone specific let's go ahead and do a and just see let's pick on the banking industry that should be entertaining and let's do search now search now and look at that we found 378 people in Alabama in the banking industry who are application developers and whose Java and programming which you know being a developer you expecting that program but let's go in here and look application eval about mobile application all these application developers and that's so cool now let's look at what we can do here we've got a plethora of things we can do so first let's start with this you can add to ATS where we have a choice of choosing recruiter or directory in this case they these are actually folders that I created in Rockstar finder if you want to pick an 1880s or whatever you can add C candidate so I just added not gonna worry about it I just wanted to be a little bit so we can look at profiles so let's look at this particular person is on LinkedIn and notice how we don't have to sign in to see his entire profile isn't that cool pretty nifty let's get out of it if we double click here we're gonna go ahead see don't we go here okay so that's what we got and we get here but of course the candidates are now in my folder so what we're gonna do is get to the next place we're gonna add them to a specific one I'm gonna add them to the room okay we don't have a folder set up for this so I need to actually create a folder so let's go ahead we could say to search so I'm gonna go ahead and say the search for guys cook a search name we're gonna put test app dev saved search and then we're gonna go ahead and we have to pick a job order or something we gotta create something to put these people and you have two job orders let's go ahead and create a new job order basically a folder and create one so we're gonna what worry about anything but this time we're gonna put app dev that's really all I want to care about we'll go to step two okay it wants to know the client got have console open si that's my company search third it's just so their name they want city we said Alabama so we're just gonna put Alabama and let's see if we can continue now see we're new candidates socially ad meaning you can add them resume party you can add through resume parsing you can keep track of your clients keep track of your job order so anyway this can act like a mini 80s slash CRM for you it does a lot this particular tool does a lot it's a lot more than I even realize when I first showed it to you when I first surgery all I cared about was sourcing but now I'm looking at microwaving we can source we can find content information we can add to folders we could create jobs we can go after client we can keep track of all sorts of cool information in here and it's so it's a really cool saving Jaros new so let's look through the skin real quick new search and say sir this is something I love I can save my searches that's really pretty cool mean saves me from having doing over and over and over again candidates again you can H social I add meaning adding social sites resume parcels save carrots clients is we can keep tracking new contacts for prospective clients saved clients job orders new ones and the old ones you get up here so you can make that disappear so you can see a little more you can open it back up down here you got mr. Center helped us your settings logout really really cool this is a cool little tool that I think can do wonders for you and not all of the people you're gonna find come from LinkedIn a lot of them come from places other than LinkedIn so that's a cuvette you know me I'm not a big point of putting all my dice in one court so this tool will also find people from other places then LinkedIn and that really so we do a new search just get over here just go through it boom boom boom boom and then you have your extra parameters which is really pretty cool so it's really really quite interesting and cool about this really a cool tool I said eight times now somebody keep saying just because I can and so something like so the social ad you basically just put in the link and it can be Facebook Twitter Instagram whatever and it'll add the resume parser is a simple resume upload weo except they only accept PDF doc docx is which is fine because that's the format's at most are in and then of course you have your job orders all nifty simple and easy good tool great tool definitely want to add to your to about this is deemed acosta we've been talking rocks tera finder and may the source be with you
