today we're going to be talking about a company that has work from home opportunities and is hiring pretty much all the time but especially has a number of jobs globally in many many countries and i do get asked a lot about um positions that are over say in asia particularly in the philippines for example and this company has work from home opportunities in the philippines too so please take a look because there may well be something for your region wherever you are located so this is a company that provides business services i know that's quite broad but for example it might be to do with customer engagement and customer experience for for big organizations they have worldwide locations and they have global globally based jobs and work from home jobs and so this allows you to have a very flexible schedule to have a great work-life balance and also the average salary per year of this company is thirty-eight thousand dollars but the range is from say like twenty uh twenty eight thousand dollars right up to almost eighty thousand dollars because it obviously depends on the position but according to the the stats that i've seen online the average salary is actually 38 000 per year so in terms of an hourly rate uh the the rates are anything um from kind of the twelve dollars an hour and upwards depending on what position you're in [Music] come here go to concentrix.com it's here gig services marketing solutions so when i said it's business experience then this is all obviously what um what they provide obviously work at home uh solutions as well and there's a little bit more about uh concentrics and their awards and so this very big global um sort of international internationally recognized company so in order to just to check out what jobs that we have we're just going to click on the careers button up here and then we will just go through now what it's done is it's detected i'm in the uk so it's automatically forwarded me to careers in the united kingdom so it is actually careers.concentrics.com and then obviously it's routed me to um to the uk so then it's automatically showing me uk jobs which obviously depending on where you are it will show um your um your newest location so so this is for me it's looking for careers near the united kingdom say if we just want to change location and look somewhere else and we can just click on the change location button and then you can see all of these countries all around the world now these are work from home positions but it may be that the the companies that they're um they're gonna be servicing they need to um have locally based people are sort of actually in the country with the local language so um yes so let's just for argument's sake let's just pick another location so we're going to go to canada for example um this recruitment for fraudulent is just letting potential people um you know uh candidates know that there are fraudsters out there who pose as companies and pretend to be recruiting so um so yeah i've seen this on a number of of career sites at the moment they're just alerting candidates potential employees that there are fraudsters out there looking to try and steal their information um which is a very sad thing but we see that in so many different instances so foreign careers near canada as you can see they've got some um generally they've got some great um great videos you can you can look you can also um look at you know you can request a call back if you want to talk to somebody first you can talk about the salary the bonus the training career opportunities etc you can request a callback they do give lots of information about why concentrix and why it's such a great company to work for it's got development opportunities dynamic work environment great facilities um you know you can build a career with them uh you get professional support coaching programs opportunities to learn and implement so this is a really great company so if you're in the position at the moment where you've lost your job due to covid19 because we're in the middle of this global pandemic as i'm recording this then you know this is a really great place to um to kind of revitalize your career or start a new career so they've got performance based pay as well medical insurance retirement plans team and individual rewards so they have some featured careers here so i'm just searching on canada um for example i've got some featured careers work at home sales and service rep british columbia but it's work at home this is a contact center i'm in british columbia but you'll be working from home so this is a really great thing so there's one here that's in and the reason i chose canada is because i've actually got relatives in canada and they're actually in mississauga i have family in mississauga um so they've actually got bilingual roles here they've got a spanish quality evaluator now obviously some of these roles are going to require you to have the relevant experience of course so um so you just need to obviously kind of look for for the one that's going to be right for you they've also got concentric tv that you can watch as well so say for example we want to find a career so as you can see they've got the different career categories and different countries will have either more or fewer categories depending on the size of the the presence of concentrics in that particular country so if we go to concentrics and then just say search and apply we'll just get some general general jobs see what comes up okay so it just goes over here so let's go to um select state province so we can just say virtual work at home uh we don't actually have to so we have all cities obviously so there you go so it's actually already brought brought all of these work at home jobs up so we've got the work at home sales and service reps and british columbia alberta um lots of these jobs quebec etc so we've got some bilingual a bilingual customer service um which i'm guessing would be would be french but i don't want to don't want to pre-judge they've got a temporary team leader role um they've got loads and loads there's a bilingual french only quebec obviously lots of bilingual french english jobs um so um so yeah they've got lots of lots of these uh jobs so if we just have a look and just see what the um work at home sales and service rep for example as it says um so this is um so they do have a lot of bilingual posts obviously because it's in them it's in canada so they're hiring from the entire problem it's not just one city or region obviously they've got everything in french as well so um so yeah so they're asking yourself who is concentrix it's a technology enabled global business services company this kind of anywhere mentality um they talk about their culture here um and uh in canada of course it's they're currently hiring 10 provinces and obviously you can go and search on different countries and then it's got the minimum requirement so you're going to need to look at each role as to what the um requirements are obviously this is a sales and service or customer service role um so yeah so they say they require seven days a week availability as customer service is something that's um provided by most companies every day of the week obviously you won't be working necessarily day in day out they will they will have um schedules and so on um so um let's just go and have a look see what it says here so um then they've got some great benefits um some of the programs include sales incentives and obviously it says here schedules varying will be discussed during the interview so you'll be able to i guess you'll be able to sort of specify what schedule might suit you you're going to be internet savvy um you know you've got to be okay working with different applications so you don't have to be technical but you just got to be kind of savvy you know people person obviously if you're in a sales and customer service role you need to be that so they need you to have your own pc and high-speed internet connection so it says you can work from a laptop but it will need to be hardwired whilst working so they're going to need you to not be working on wi-fi because what they'll probably do is they'll have their own secure connection so you'll need to hard wire into your um into your uh router and socket and so on um because they they will want you to be on their virtual private network i i would imagine so um so they do like if you've got a high panel display um but um but yeah they or you can have an external monitor um with your laptop so so yeah but you can obviously discuss that during the the hiring process obviously you do need to have a quiet distraction free location because it's going to be no good trying to work and being on the phone to somebody if in the background you've got the dogs barking and a lot of noise going on it's gonna be it's gonna be hard so you need to you know be able to um you know take that into account you know take into account your circumstances and what's gonna work uh what's gonna work best for you um within this job so let's just check because i know that they'll be hiring these kinds of roles um in a lot of different countries so i just checked here in the philippines because i know i do have a lot of people ask me about um about roles in in asia for example so just go to job category then you can choose which one work from home reporting transport travel talent acquisition it service data center services business operations accounting you have lots and lots of jobs so if you go to contact center for example um let's just see what they've got in the contact center you will have to play around with this a little bit because obviously it's not um given that um the jobs are going to come up so it says they've got so these are transformation contact centers so we've got lots of different ones got a team leader here and a contact center they've got senior representative people solutions customer service advise obviously vietnam vietnamese speaking so yep so again they've got they've got a lot of technical roles which i know is the case with actually roles in india as well there are lots of technical roles so so yeah team leaders again associate global service desk so if you just just go back up so they've got this for example this customer service advisor um so yep so they've got the essential functions of the customer service advisor let's just have a look so it does say job site contact center um but um these a lot of these will be work from home rolls let's just go down and just check um let's go down it doesn't actually say for this one that it's definitely work from home but you know they are a work from home company so um so yeah so you'll be obviously doing a lot of work on the phone um in that particular role and then of course if you're in the us you can just go to us united states select virtual work at home and then automatically all the um work-at-home jobs will come up which i guess you need to do as well with the philippines um and all the other countries so so yeah so here you go so they've got all of these different regions that they're hiring in but they're all work at home jobs so sales on service reps is a kind of sales and customer service reps they have um they have a lot of these roles as you can see loads and loads of these roles so you know if you're looking for something right now then you need to get on to these roles because they're hiring right now so so it's time for the entire state of mississippi i've just picked one out there it wasn't specifically focusing on mississippi for any particular reason so so this concentrix anywhere program this is what it is the concentric anywhere program so they hire sales and service agents who work from home so this is an absolutely great you know it's a great opportunity oh these are great opportunities so if you're interested in one of these jobs all you have to do is just click on apply obviously then you'll just have to go through the regular they go use of cookies you have to click the x in the upper right hand corner okay so we do that and you can also sign in with linkedin i mean obviously i'm not going to go through the full the full process here that was posted five days ago so you just click through and look at the particular job so then obviously just repeat the information that was on the previous page as to who they are it does go make sure you do require or read all the minimum requirements yes so they do need so these are sales and customer service positions uh so it could be either or but you know you'll need to say whether or not you're interested in the sales specifically or whether you'd rather just be in the customer service position so this is um they said they don't need a lot of experience just one year of customer service experience i guess that can be in in any particular area so yeah so just go through the details for the role and then obviously you can you can go ahead and apply so you go back right down to the bottom and then you click on apply obviously i'm not going to apply for this job because i'm based in the uk so you need to sign in then you would need to create your account in order to go to the next step so in order to go through the next part of the process you've just obviously got to put your email address password and then verify your password and then create your account in order to get started so then all you do next so i'm just looking at a role that's in the uk um so it's which is outbound sales advisor i'm not necessarily going to apply for it right now but i'm just kind of going through the steps so so what you can actually do quick apply is you can just upload your um uh your cv here so you can actually upload your cv or your resume um here or you can stick skip this step and select next at the bottom and enter your information quickly and easily we just click next we can leave that for now and then all we need to do is go through so i'm not going to go through all the steps right now but you just go through and enter all your information and then obviously at the end you'll be able to um you'll be able to attach your cv so the only thing you have to do in the next step so just follow the process go through my experience so you can just add your work experience here so you can just write down your work experience um you can put in your education your certificate your certificates for anything um add your skills if you click down here um you can just type um so it might be um see wh t comes up um i could just say um lead generation so let you see that it will come with the results so lead generation demand generation marketing so i can just basically tick all these things that i've got um all these things that i've got experience in sales pipelines uh such and so yeah so i can kind of do all of this yeah i've had quite a lot of experience in sales so yeah so you can just type to add all your skills um and then obviously put you know can put and keep putting things in if you want um you know so if i put video see if anything comes up when i put video marketing oh maybe clearly not okay so there you go so it's obviously all relevant to kind of sales or customer service so if i've just put customer services it will say customer service etc um customer service management microsoft excel etc and business development training um customer service systems et cetera so you can just add all your skills there and then obviously you can add any languages if you've got any languages and obviously english i have but i don't know well i suppose this will be your maybe your native language i guess um let's put english there so then you can say this is my native language um and then obviously there are other then you just have to add your detail and they can add other languages as well so you just add one language and put the details then you can add another language so if you've got multilingual et cetera and then just add um add your um add your cv there and then obviously you can um any relevant websites maybe depending on what your experience is you could maybe you've got to your own website or something you can put the details in there so
