$100 $150 for their application fee so let me tell you these are all vehicle companies if any employer is applying for your work visa from United States of America they are not supposed to ask you any money even not a single dollar for any kind of processing they're supposed to take care of your work visa application they will send a document to the government and everything by themself or they will never ask you a single penny on top of that this is happening with very very diverse racism so let's say there are some people saw I am I've been talking with the friends they send me one of the guys send me a message hey you know this is a South Asian lady she's a doctor here in the United States and she has the job of a radiologist technician or some x-ray technician and all that and she want to hire me and the only it thinks she's asking the application fees $150 that I need to send to her so now I asked okay which hospital she's working what company she is oh she's owner of some company or she's working some hospital and hiding you and tell me the details of a phone number of data office and everything so the guy had no information so when you are really like you want to come to United States for work but you don't want to lose the money I mean even for with these fake people fake companies so you wanna yeah if you have skills you should be hired by some genuine company and they should file your work visa or h1 will be visa now anyways I call that lady and asking hey you know what this guy's my nephew you know there's something like that and can you tell me details about your company and all that and she just got the call right there so she didn't talk with me at all another case one of the friend or a not a faithful friend he sent me man said you know what this company is in United States but the guy is in Africa and he is asking me to send $150 is he's the HR manager and all that but he he is in Africa and he want me to send money to the Africa and I bet the companies in the United States so so they are going to process my h-1b visa so I asked the guy again okay tell me the company name where exactly is the location of it and all that the guy couldn't really tell me anything but anyways he got that information from the guy who was trying to make money from him and I checked that company the company doesn't exist in the United States so you can go to the government website you can also check the company's online all the companies like in North Carolina if I have register any company and I'll see your corporation or whatever I can go to North Carolina's website and I can just put the name of the company and I will be able to see the company information and how many years it is all hung pretty much a lot of information I can see from there so maybe I will make another video how could you can check the company online in America for different counties and different states and all that now be aware of these things there's some people they are these three companies they are come in with a different race so they can be you issued people like ok they can be you know American people as well like you from different races so that doesn't make them genuine or anything like that so you have to see what exactly they are trying to get from you they're trying to get $150 from you let's say they have a marketing this tali marketing on LinkedIn and over Facebook and all that if they get like 100 people in the whole ahem my month or two months I mean think about that the money they will make I don't make that much money so don't come my I'm from Africa and this dude is also from African country and this is that he's really really like a brother and really he's gonna help me out and all that there is all phases from somebody's from South Asia and she or he wanna help me out and all that leave that part to enter you know just look into the genuine companies once somebody say oh okay I'm this person and I really want to hire you ask okay what is your company name what is the email of for the company so let's say if somebody say I'm from Microsoft so as can send you an email or with the blessed 85 I'm working for Microsoft I should have email say a she Assad or Shahzad or Armour at the rate of microsoft.com you know or my company like let's say if I work for Verizon or Bank of America I should send you email through that email instead of using Gmail or Skype and all those gonna tell the parties social software so I will ask them sender you guys email through that company email second part check that on the website go to the that county or state website and check the company name if when it was registered and all that and if it is a really registered and if you then you're okay but don't send any money employers are not supposed to get any penny from you if they are finding your work visa so and on top of that all the whole visas are applied in a pro first and the processor in pretty much start before so people have documents and everything and the ones that they have all the documents they put the application on April 1st then take like maybe the most of the RAM is filled in like two three days and then now you can start working in October so okay so or otherwise you have some special cases such as you come into the unis tree maybe MIT or Harvard or Yale or some other institution and you are coming for research or something and the the eunice tree is applying for some different type of visa for you but what we's are know only h-1b is applied on April first and then in the application get filled in like two three days and then people excuse me so then people start working and once you have approval and everything you are going to start working in pretty much it from October you have to go you once you have done the things done here you have to go to ambassy in your country if you are from outside of america go to the messy and then pass the interview for work visa and then come to
