How to sign in new pdf?
1. Use the default pdf viewer:
- Download the current pdf () and open it
- Right click on the file, choose "Save " (see screenshot)
- Type "" and click "Next."

If the rate is higher than the current market rate (which is usually 4% - 7%, depending on your region).
