hey we're going to walk through the uh CRM for real estate agents and I'm telling you this is the best system it was designed for insurance and real estate initially it's been around for years a lot of people don't even know about it and it's called high levels so it can capture nurture close more leads it will do this through automation uh it's got power dialers it's got sales funnels unlimited funnels unlimited everything so uh whether it's text messaging whether it's follow-ups whether it's uh you can set this thing in your calendar to automatically dial somebody on a such and such date so or close the due diligence so that's the way these look so we're back in the other dashboard here and under conversations this will be anything coming in via email text uh through your website uh comments uh even through Google Business local uh listings you'll be able to see everything coming in here and uh and then you'll be able to manage your conversations with anybody and send anybody a direct communication right away so if we saw let's just go to one here if we saw a conversation come in we can see this right away like with Michelle here uh this was our free SAS course but the she's your outlook based on a weekly a daily a monthly plan uh just whatever you want to see so uh you can go out as far as you want to check that and appointments are all going to come up like this you'll see agency calendar it came in on that was the form and whether we confirmed it or not here or reschedule cancel no show or just delete it so you can even book appointments in here so if you want to set up an appointment with the particular person you just select their name here and then we go in and book that appointment with that individual so you can set the the date here so we'll set it out um for the 14th and need to select the time and then you can even put your uh Zoom Link in there whatever hip book appointment it sends them a link and uh it goes into your calendar at that point so all your contacts you can upload as many contacts as you want uh it doesn't matter if it's a hundred thousand uh whatever it is it doesn't matter you can just load those in uh and then when you want to under your contacts you can do multiple things you can do pipeline changes so if it went from a different pipeline or into a different what uh campaign you could switch that out so maybe it's a deal that you closed and now you want a retention campaign because that's the most important thing with a buyer is to retain that customer so when they're ready to buy a house again in five years you've already got a a campaign going and running once a month to retain that customer so we can send a text we can email through this we can add tags so maybe it's uh uh closed uh in particular town or whatever you can add a tag to that so that if you want to put those uh particular people with that tag into an email blast you can do that just by uh selecting that tag you can send a review request through here you can automate your review requests under automations and then you can import or export your contacts that way so that's just a few things opportunities is basically your pipelines how they come in uh whether they were a new client uh we'll just call it leads here the qualified lead a lead-in they called me I followed up with them they become a qualifying client and then you can drag and drop those uh where you want to based on where they're at or they will just automate uh after you called and follow up it'll just push them through that automation under marketing there's so much uh to do here we talked about the social planner it's all built in here and you can uh do postings here uh you can upload CSV files some people have that laid out when they get uh social media they can uh upload them and then it'll automatically do their postings there's even social planner templates in here so like I said if you're in uh the real estate business you can select here's real estate experts uh and it gives you all these different templates to base uh your Social Media stuff off of so you don't have to let that do the thinking for you uh you can just select one of those and go from there it also under automation this is where all your workflows comes so if it's an appointment uh that came in um we can set up a confirmation and do it through a workflow and it's just a drag and drop system where basically the appointment comes in they get a confirmation email that they have an appointment with so and so at such and such time and then 24 hours before the appointment it'll remind them of that appointment and so on and so on so uh really cool features these are a lot of things that uh cost you money to do under sites we have everything you how quick it is to generate a website so we just say uh new website and we're going to select from one of these templates you could do a blank one and build it yourself it's just drag and drop super easy to build but let's just go into um we'll select real estate I mean that's what we're talking about here so we'll just do Prime Realty and it'll give you a preview of what the site looks like and then you can brand it to yourself gives you everything that's in there it looks like about six pages we're gonna hit continue we're going to select this up here we're going to say get this template we're going to refresh this I think we're at about 30 seconds now and then it's loading the fresh data for the website and uh in just a second here we'll have a brand new website that we can show you that took just a matter of seconds so we got in there and it was this one five pages here's all your website pages uh we're just going to do a quick view of this and see what it looks like and obviously you can schedule or add your own logo change colors do whatever I just want to show you how quick it built this website and then you go in and just customize it and even bring in your real estate whatever you want to do with it so that's what's really cool about this reputation management you want to send reviews to your customers obviously that's important you can do it via text this integrates with Facebook and Google and then one of the cool things in reporting here is full Google ads you can monitor your Google ad activity all your different campaigns that you have going
