let's address the big question that all real estate agents have today which is what real estate website should they have and should it be tied to a crm and which one should we do when we have all of these great solutions out there and everybody's claiming that they're the best and the biggest and that's big confusion for a lot of us now as a tom ferry business coach right i have to make a good recommendation to all of my coaching clients around the country and so also i am a team owner with my wife and father-in-law here in san diego so i'm also looking personally for the best website and crm for my own use so i've been at i've had websites now for for kind carly for seven years really really powerful websites i've also had the biggest website in the industry and i took that on four or five years ago but i've ended up migrating over to sierra interactive and here's a couple of the reasons why and why i recommend them to my friends and my coaching clients against all the other solutions out there number one of course we just want an attractive look and feel for the uh front-facing website check number two we want a good crm tied to that website for our idx feed and listing alerts cool check number three is i wanted that if i can drive traffic back to the website i wanted to make sure that our listing detail page had some good call to actions on there so the actual uh people on the website were actually booking appointments and showings yes check another thing is i really wanted some seo qualities to the website if we're going to invest the next 5 10 15 20 years into a website well we should get some seo value meaning that you know homes for sale in my city name we start to rise up in the ranks uh organically so that we're getting more organic leads on top of any of our paid advertising that we do last thing i was looking for is i wanted the cost to be reasonable really you and i as real estate professionals we want to be spending all of our money on lead acquisition not on the infrastructure of our website in crm if our website and crm costs are too high then it's then our cost per lead when we go buy leads and bringing into that system it dramatically increase the cost per lead which reduces our profitability that's just not a good business decision so could we get something that was lower cost that yes boom that's now you understand text an automated voice drop plus an automated email right and you could do that in any sequence of order and fully automated means is once the consumer responds it stops ah super useful i was paying a hundred dollars a month for that service with an entire other company you get it included in the crm for sierra interactive it's amazing now you can set up a traditional fully automated i'm sorry a traditional campaign with text voice drop and email and it'll just go until it stops right plus you can just do regular drip campaigns via email or even text message you could do group text right now tom ferry and myself you know we want to be doing bigger group text right where we're talking about hey do you know anyone that's thinking about selling in today's marketplace we need help with our buyers so imagine in the crm you can select everybody that you know that lives in one city create a cool text and then send that one text to 25 people at a time that's amazing okay so inside the crm there's a ton of tools lead routing i think is incredibly interesting and they're really developing a lot of if this then that intelligent capabilities to allow us who can dream up some cool stuff like hey i want that google paper quickly that comes in i want them to experience this and then if they respond this way i want this next thing to occur which is awesome so for my nerds out there let's get to work this is fun come play with me on this now one other thing that i think is amazing is site messages what meaning that they we can do pop-ups but we can embed a youtube video into the site message so if we a pay for a lot of leads put them on listing alerts get them back onto our sites looking at a really attractive good lease listing details with good call to actions already built in we can drop a site message from youtube that says hey welcome to my site if you want to set up a buyer consultation let's do that blah blah blah like that's amazing so we can be communicating with the with the consumer on our sites using the site message too can you see why you know as a conversion guy man i've got all of these things at my disposal with sierra interactive this is why this is
