funnel pack is all about and what you'll find inside our after-sales nurturing funnel pack so why are we talking about after-sales and why do we need to nurture anyone at this point one of the biggest mistakes that many companies make is believing that the sales conversation ends after they've made a sale of their products or service businesses in almost every industry spend money on marketing generating leads nurturing those leads and converting someone else into customers yet now they've generated the sale they just stopped the sales conversation this is the wrong way to do things it leaves money on the table as well as an opportunity for a competitor to swoop in and present a shinier more attractive offer in fact this will happen to you as digital agency owners web designers or marketers to think about how many times you've completed a project and not had a proper follow up plan in place to nurture your client after that initial sale has been completed it cost a lot more to go out and find a brand new customer than it has an heir to an existing customer and encourage them to make his second purchase of your products or services people buy it from those they know like and trust a customer who has spent money with you will be open to new offers and opportunities as you nurture and build your relationship with them wouldn't it be great if you could help all of your the Google slides stock in which you can see here you also get the lead magnet as a plain text document and this is great for those who are doing some more advanced graphics they can just copy and paste in the plain text to their designs you get Adobe InDesign files and you get a dhobi illustrator files and each of these also comes with lead magnet buffer graphics as well so we've made some some pre pre made some for you but if you want to make your own cover you can do that and we actually even have some tutorials on that in our Facebook group let me show you what the lead magnet looks like so I'll click into the Google slides document here so this is uh this is our lead magnet Google slides so here's a cover image we have an intro image as you can see on the left there's five internal pages we got off-boarding thank-you gift VIP customers repeat business and customer segmentation and then we have a summary page where you can put your contact details in at the end now the Google document is very very easy to use it's just like typing into into Google Docs so you know Google slides if you haven't used it before it's very much sort of point click and you can change colors and things very easily in the video I show you you can actually rebrand this in about 10 minutes or so if you take a little bit longer you certainly will be spending more than say 10 to 20 minutes to actually get this done and then once you've finished what you do is you go to file download PDF and they've got a brand new lead magnet you can give to your clients so let's go back now we also have elements of beaver builder and Divi sections here I'll just go into the elements of one but I'll explain what's in the other ones as well so in each of these we'll see a tutorial that's up at a page and this is showing you how to set up everything in your page builder of choice so I say there's a tutorial for Elementor a tutorial for beaver builder and a tutorial for Divi underneath these you can download the files so for element so we have a landing page a thank-you page and a pop-up template for beaver builder we have to save a landing page a thank-you page and a pop-up template for Divi you get yourself a landing page a thank-you page template and it's also bloom settings file which you get for the bloom plug-in which you can get from elegant themes with your Divi purchase again with each of these the lead magnet cover graphics downloads available as well so let me show you what the landing page and Thank You page templates look like and this is running on our Elementor test site this is our landing page so you can see at the top here we've got a section for your logo we have a hero section of a headline subject subheading section a button that opens up a pop-up and a cover graphic on the right-hand side there's another headline in the main body section with a piece of body copy and as five bullet points here in each of these five bullet points refer back to a main section of the lead magnet underneath here as a button you can click on to open off a pop-up so we've got two of those on the page finding the bottom is a social section this is where you can put testimonials excerpts from case studies logos accreditations things like that and this is where you're building trust with the person who's visiting your landing page so we're funnel backs we keep our landing page and Thank You page templates really clean and simple and easy for you to use the main reason for this is 95% of our customers our agency owners and web designers who are ready to go ahead and customize and really change things to suit their business we don't want to take things too far into one does one design direction which makes it much harder for you to bring it back into where you want it to be so we keep it clean and simple and it's perfectly ready for you to go ahead and use as is but you know just changing the colors and the branding to suit your business but you can easily go and customize and make further changes so thank-you page template it's really clean and simple so it's just a simple sort of thank you you've changed a few items here and you can put it in a cover image now we can cover in the videos what you can do to enhance this but I can tell you from over a decade of creating funnels you don't need to make a really complex thank-you page yes you can do a few things here to get a bit more engagement and as I said I talked to you about those in the video inside our funnel pack so let's go back through the rest of the sections here so I talked to up even builder with Divi they're basically the same as Elementor so I won't cover too much in those now but let's go to the email section so when we go to the email section is an overview video and this overview video basically talks through two different emails in the pack and what those emails are for and some recommended ideas and things to go into emails and so we always recommend that you watch this video before you go ahead any of the emails as you can see this one's about 18 minutes long so this is a nice cup of coffee and you can watch the video I'll give you a quick overview of the emails now so have a quick look at those so you can see this is our UK verse from over UK in US English throughout so we always give you the relevant version of English so for UK we've got our spellings like flavor with oh you and for America you'd obviously wouldn't have you know I'm not sure why we took my flavour and after-sales nurturing it's an example for you so here's our welcome email so the welcome email is sent out immediately after someone joins up and signs up to your funnel then they'll get one even of your nurturing master which going to nurture you my one for example and this is off boarding I'm asking about referrals and reviews and is there's basically each one of our nurture emails refers back to a section of the lead magnet finally everything ends of a call to action email so here we're just gently positioning a call and we position it's a 15-minute call that someone can book in with you look if you're scheduling system and again we cover this in the videos but it's it's not it's not sort of hard pressed as a sales call it's just a 15-minute conversation but it is where you could start your sales conversation okay and then coming back we finally got a recommended tool section and this is an organic section it grows over time currently in here at the moment we have some awesome software and ideas for saying thank you so we've got things like Bonjour oh sorry as a service etc some recommended email platforms and some crm software as well so that's what you'll get inside the after-sales and their true final pack after you purchase if you're wondering how to use a funnel back I'll run through how that works now our funnel packs are created with WordPress in mind we provide landing page and Thank You page templates for Elementor beaver builder and Divi but you don't have to use one of these page builders in fact you don't even need to use WordPress we already have some customers who don't use WordPress and love our funnel plugs if you want to use another platform system all you'd need to do is recreate our landing page and thank you based in plates as I showed you a few moments ago we keep these deliberately clean and simple because 95% of our audience our agency owners and web designers we want you all to have the freedom to customize everything to suit your brand your offer and your audience if you're wondering how long it takes to set up a funnel pack you can get everything set up and ready to go on your website and inside your email platform within an hour for those who want to have any customized things to suit their brand an audience then you can spend longer after this as needed but what we recommend is you spend the first hour under an hour getting things set up and then once
