what's up guys welcome to another YouTube video today I am going to be showing you guys exactly how we've been able to implement what I call the Instagram funnel for my client Brian so that he can consistently turn one dollar in and turn into four dollars and how you can exactly plug this in for yourself that should be able to run ads so that you can sell cars from Instagram so stick all the way through so that you can know exactly how you can go ahead and Implement for yourself and let's get straight into it all right cool so one of the biggest things that I want to show you guys is exactly an overview of how a marketing system should really work for you guys and it should be a systematic process to be able to turn again one dollar in and one dollar out because at the end of the day all marketing even is is just again getting people in through the door turning people from a stranger and turning them into a lead that shows up to the dealership puts the pen and paper and actually closes as a deal so there's a specific process that we've laid out that I want you guys to see a high level overview so that you can understand the overarching concept as to how we're turning people in Brian's area to be able to generate them uh him an opportunity and he can predictably invest a dollar into his own ads and get you know a 4X return in ad spend and so he's just getting warmed up right but I really wanted to capture him at this point in time because he's starting to warm it up it's only been he's only been running his ad for I think the past two to three um weeks but he's already seen some traction he's already profitable with his ad which is exactly what we want so um just to give you guys some context right over here here's Brian Duron right this is my client right here you guys can look him up his name is Duron underscore sales on Instagram you can check out his page right and you can see there's little things that we've done for him specifically here that we've been able to optimize his page and I want you guys to see right here today is September 19th of 2023 as of recording this video he said I just sold my appointment from the IG ad which had Gap and warranty so he made even more money on it easy right which is absolutely what we want here from our ads and we'll understand how these these type of buyers that he's generating and the type of Lisa he's bringing in is super high quality like both of the leads that he's been able to bring in are just straight laid on sales and you guys will see how we've been able to turn a stranger into a warm Prospect through this process that has been consistently building his audience so there's lots of things that go into this and then uh another thing right here he said how did I a customer ask me for uh me at the dealership and this was earlier about a week ago right less than a week ago uh he told the greeters he saw my Instagram ad wanted to work with me directly okay so the kids walked in directly asked for him when he walked into the dealership because because he saw his ad I wasn't able to trade him in out of his car because he was too negative he didn't want uh to kick his trade so we left him at that Saturday morning he did meet to get the car ready so he picked it up it was a lay down because uh I will pitch the warranties and get he said he saw my videos and on why he should get it he purchased all of them very happy with the process I decided to invest more into ads and editing boom so two sales within the past week right so if he averages an extra two sales a week um he could be bringing in on average if each sale is around you know a thousand bucks uh he can be bringing it anywhere between an extra four to eight grand a month which is huge absolutely and utterly huge right and that's on top of everything else that he's bringing in um throughout his phone pops and internet leads and so here's how this process works right so that in itself gives you guys a proof of concept for how this process is you know working and so if we doubt in the exact thing that we're gonna do for him is we I showed him specifically how to create reels and create an ad that automates what we call the top of funnel okay so the top of funnel specifically just designed to get people uh to take the first step right so the thing is that people try to do is like you know they post on social media and the thing is number one they can't get new people in through the door they don't know how to get more exposure which is problem number one but number two all they're doing is asking for a sale and that person is a complete stranger so it's like the equivalent that I always give is like imagine you met your your wife for the first time and the first day you ever met her you were already asking her to go to bed with you the first night you guys ever hung out the first date which is absolutely crazy and asinine right but the thing is you know more times often than not you know you will get sales that way you know I'm not writing it off but it's very far and few in between it's unpredictable and there's not a process in place for it okay so the way that we've designed the ad and the real is to help him get what we call in an engager right so every single step of the process is to take a stranger and help them take that next step into the the sequence so that they can go from where they are right now to being warmed up and ready to actually go ahead and buy because there's a process that goes in place so the first thing that we do is they get exposed from ads in reels right so organically right this is this is the problem that people don't know how to uh how to how to actually go ahead and attack this right because people don't have the idea of how do I get more exposure so the way it's not just about getting any exposure it's about getting the right type of exposure that is the key here right because not anybody and everybody can buy the type of vehicles that you go ahead and sell so it's very important so what we did was we got extremely clear about the type of people that Brian wants to go ahead and serve and what we did was we helped them put together a simple ad and then we scripted it with him and he got that dialed in and his messaging was disgustingly clear where he was now attracting his dream clients people that had the money can afford his product and would be super happy with this product right and so what what we did is now the ad is getting exposure right and reaching new people right that's the thing right what people end up doing is they'll end up posting to the same like 100 200 followers that they have and they're not attracting new people that are qualified to buy their product so the ad is then uh automating the process of getting people into what we call the funnel okay and so once they become an engager right they like comments they follow us and they either like one of the reels the ads and they start actually being uh one of our followers we then move them to what we call the middle of funnel right and so the middle of funnel is designed to what what I call warm up and incubate a stranger and help you nurture and build relationship so that you can then turn that stranger to Next Step which is a lead right so what I showed uh Brian how to do is create content that is designed to sell right so there's a process of if you watch some of the other videos on my on my YouTube channel as well there's a very particular way that you're supposed to create content to be able to indoctrinate people shift their beliefs so that they believe the things that you believe and then eventually they'll be able to understand what you offer the vehicles and product that you have will be the best option for them to solve their problems and achieve their desires right so the content then starts warming them up they follow him for a while you know they've been watching him they get to know like and Trust Brian right because of his content they see him as expert The Authority so by the time that they re they reach out or Brian reaches out to them right we start up a conversation or they start a conversation with us and then from there he sets the appointment and then that appointment then shows up to the dealership wants to go ahead and purchase the vehicle right so this is very much a virtuous cycle so then once they become a customer they're still a follower right which is awesome so what happens now is um with that process you can ask for a repeat or referrals right and more likely than not you know they're going to send their friends and family is going to send his social media to them they become followers they get indoctrinated and they go through the same process that they did right so now he's built up an audience of people that are you know his dream customers they're getting warmed up by his content and eventually they buy from him and then once they buy from him they stay as a part of his following which is the most powerful part that's going to continue to what I call compound month after month year over year right and the fact is right now he's literally getting paid to build up an audience right that's that's the crazy part because now he's putting in a dollar on the top end right he's literally turning in one dollar on the top end and then getting four dollars back out right so it's just spitting out money and now it's automated because he's not spending any of his time prospecting because now all the leads are coming to him right because now his ads are reaching new people he's getting new followers so on and so forth and so now he's not chasing people down people are actually coming to him and now he has predictability scalability and growth in his career because now he's not chasing as a system in a process in place in order to convert a stranger into a sale right so if you look a little bit as to like his page right here one of the most important things is like you see like right here he has a thousand 243 followers which is absolutely and utterly massive because now he's growing a following of people that want to do business with him know who he is is now getting indoctrinated by his content and then specifically over time is then um going to be ready to buy and guess what guess who they're going to buy from they're going to buy from Brian they're not gonna buy from him because of the uh the dealership he works out he's not they're not going to buy from him specifically just because of the um the inventory that they he sells but a big part of it is because they know Brian they like Brian and they trust Brian right so that's like a big part of it so when it boils back down to this system over here right we create ads we get new followers and engagers that are dream customers right they get warmed up by our content they get indoctrinated they have a conversation we have a sale and that is the simple process right simple not easy so now Brian has a system and a process where he can predictably invest a dollar get four back and think about how you can scale now right so he's no longer just relying on the dealership he's planting seed he's building his brand so even no matter where he goes he can still have this audience of people in his local area go to a different dealership and still tear it up so this is how you build a brand build a business uh within the dealership and actually be able to go ahead and grow to be able to Market yourself okay so if you like videos like this
