already had one transporter delivery so you're not supposed to deliver on a Sunday is that the unwritten rules you don't deliver cars on a Sunday so the only two members are staffing and we're busy we can't check them in however that's happened sir and I'm nice enough to let it be yeah so paperwork is quite a big part of what we do and just make sure the finance documents are correct getting all of that step through before people collect because the last thing we want is a car going off and Finance is as an absolute nightmare and doesn't happen it does not happen and shouldn't happen but basically we're going to start my morning is it's making sure everything's up together from yesterday we had a really busy day here yesterday I mean there's four salespeople within this particular site I work out which is how it's Taunton version just in case anyone wants to we'll all like on the Facebook page which I've run all right like basically just gonna check these cars in properly I'm gonna go through my diary just make sure there's any standing customers from yesterday cuz we did as I say have a really really busy day yesterday I think there was eight cars or so sold yesterday which is fab it just shows that the markets still buoyant and everyone still enjoying buying cars and enjoying the experience that we can provide them and yeah just follow up some customers from yesterday some have who have committed and I'm going forward so we're just chasing stuff and just make sure they're there knowing what's going on in the next stages equally people that didn't buy weren't too sure see if there's anything else I can do offer them some help and then probably some for court duties because they're why not get outside it's not raining so it breaks up the day gets you away from the desk and can have some fun let's just show you my desktop I like things minimal however excuse the receipts and the cars I've got to check in and log in to my computer and other asked to see where a certain type of car is it's gonna be super easy to share them and we have them around the front we're quite lucky with this site we've got quite a big site that around the edges we do have a fan area as well so all in all good sign it cars pretty stock just names little people turn up or something come on now one time you saw how much of this I can show you but I'll make sure super I think everyone's having their Sunday lunch at the minute now so got a few minutes gonna get some training done and then we'll see where the day takes us what's a quick break from the quizzes I'm a 91% through my brain break watchin some gymnastics you stumbled daren't your way out of it get a bit more fresh air a nice thing about car sales honestly it's quite free so for I'm good I'm just outside I'm gonna close all the hatchet down before the end of the day but I've been able to kind of do it's kind of almost like running your own business and it's in our interest to sell as much as we can so you're always wanting to keep busy but if you need some time just walk around and get some fresh air which is lovely so let's go down these hatches yes we do lock them after we close them
